McDonald’s

Terrible fries, they replaced them but it took forever. This seems to be the norm for McDonald’s. Thank God I only visit them 2 or 3 times a year.

Beautiful concept! Terrible bathrooms. I gagged while trying to use the restroom. The worst smells. Open the water on the woman side n water runs on the men side.

And they wonder why their falling behind in the nationwide fast food rating ! This location is never busy on weekends. So we stopped for a quick bite, placed our order and had to wait longer that expected. Finally sat down to eat only to find the fries were luke warm, took them back and had to wait again. by the time i finally got the new order my food at the table was cold. We should have known better. McDonald’s needs to take a page out of the Chick-​Fil-​A book and learn from them.

At approximately 7:00 my wife and I drove up to drive thru ordered 2 sundaes and an apple pie, when we picked up our order we were greeted by a young man that must love his job because he treated my simple order like it was worth a million dollars. Kudos to this young man, other fast food workers should learn a lesson from him.

Standard fare. Customer service was okay. Inside was fairly clean. The parking lot was atrocious! The lot did not have all of the snow cleared and the sidewalk was not clear either. My sister-​in-​law lipped and fell while trying to navigate over it. Also there is a big pot hole near the exit lane. I was surprised that the conditions outside were unsafe for customers.

I joined Unilocal specifically to write this review. A few weeks ago, in May 2014, my family and I were staying at a hotel down the road from here. McDonalds is by no means our preferred choice for breakfast but an early start and tight schedule left us with no other option. I checked the Unilocal reviews and feared the worst, but was more than pleasantly surprised.
The restaurant was clean, bright, and pleasing to visit. The staff was quick, friendly and attentive. One of our items took a little longer than the others and the smiling young woman who took our order suggested we sit and start eating and that she would bring the item when it was ready. She did so in a timely fashion. The food was, well, as good as you can expect from a McDonalds. The other patrons were friendly and quiet. Most seemed to be construction workers eating before starting the day’s shift. The bathrooms were clean.
I cannot explain why my family’s experience was so much better than those reported by other reviewers, but I thought the establishment deserved to have a positive review to reflect a positive experience.

This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I am shocked that corporate has not pulled the franchise from them. The bathroom looked like a war zone. The employees were either rude or indifferent. I felt like I needed to shower after I left.

Went back a few days ago because the location is just too convenient. The place it 90% remodeled. Play land and red box are gone. Seating area is more than doubled. They have stools with outlets, many more tables. Place looks much better and service seems to be improved too. Why only 90%? Well, the bathroom floor tile was new but everything else was still old and dirty. I’m guessing that they will get to that part soon enough.

This place doesn’t even deserve a single star… I went to this place once — horrible. Gave it a second chance — horrible. Tried one more time tonight — worst experience by far. The manager, Maria, was the biggest ignorant fool that I’ve met. The sad part is, this franchise thinks she worth this title. The service here is horrible… cold fries, no dip for your ice cream cone, and a manager yelling in Spanish in the background. Keeping it classy! I will NEVER be back and will make sure no one else goes there… Save your money!

Wow… should have read the reviews first. I pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal between the employees and a non-​employee. The staff all dissapeared into the back. Then I had my fries basically thrown at me, which half fell out. I just left and cut my losses. These people are protesting for $ 15.00 an hour???

I just go to the drive-​thru for my ever addicting SWEET TEA!

I have been at this McDonald’s twice. The first time it was your general run of the mill McDonald’s experience. Nothing overly good or overly bad.
The second time, I only went through the drive in and only ordered two shakes. However, those shakes were very poorly mixed. In the general area, there are much better options.

We stopped here on the way home from NJ to DC for a bio break and a snack. This McDonald’s is pretty gross. The bathroom was disgusting, though I did run into a friendly meth head in the bathroom. The dining area was equally gross, refer to the pic I uploaded of a table with spilled coke and fries that no one cleaned up. After seeing the dirtiness of the place and the crowd, we decided to get our food and jump back in the car instead of sitting down to eat. The food itself was just okay. Bread tasted a bit stale even though it was a freshly made burger.

It’s got redbox and a playground inside… YAY!!!

This location isn’t closed, but it might as well be. I have to a small vanilla cone after a movie and this was the closest McDonald’s that was on our way home. I should have stopped at Chick fil a, but McDonald’s cone has 50 less calories. Next time, I’ll take the 50 calories. We received a melting, falling off the cone, disaster of an ice cream. I guess this is why everyone thinks this location is closed?
