After a recent move to the area, I was in need of an auto mechanic to check for a possible problem with my truck. I had NO idea where to go nor did I know anyone to ask. Luckily, I researched Unilocal and saw the reviews for Lower Richland Auto Service. Skeptical? You bet! But after my experience with Robbie and his team, they now have 3 new customers: me, my daughter, and my future son-​in-​law! By the way, Robbie reported that my truck needed no repairs after all! I LOVE this place!!!:)

I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received at this place. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking for a good, honest car shop. Reasonable labor rates and great customer service. After a recent incident at another shop that left a bad taste in my mouth, I was afraid I wouldn’t find a good shop for my car while we were stationed in SC. So thankful to have found this one and will continue bringing my car to them.

Robbie and his staff will make you feel like family. Very courteous and straight forward never any hidden costs!
They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.
Whether its an oil change to ac charge to a new starter they are quick and professional and usually can give you a ballpark figure as to costs and typically come in under it!

My alternator went bad and I called L R Auto. They took care of everything immediately! They took care of the towing, called me with a price, and fixed the car all in fast time. If you have a question about anything they will give you a full complete answer without making you feel dumb (I don’t know much about cars). Rodney and Michelle are wonderful and will help you anyway they can. I have found a shop and people who I can trust monetarily as well as mechanically. I encourage you to take your car here. You will not be disappointed!

These folks are just awesome! We have had great experiences with them repairing several of our cars. When my Niece recently needed advice on buying a second hand car they were so wonderful and helpful. A++++++++
