Krispy Kreme Donuts

I stop going here a while back because they would have the hot doughnut sign on but when i would stop in there were not hot doughnut. They told me at the time they cut the sign on to draw customers. I ask the lady isn’t that the same thing as Lying She said no! WOW! And the service sucked so i stop going.
This morning i had a meeting and I was running late So I stopped here to get doughnuts because it would be fast and easy. The sign was on but i did not expect hot doughnuts.
What do you know they had hot doughnuts. The service was fast and the lady was very friendly.

I have been here many times. Unfortunately, this service and quality at this location is sub par. Cream and custard filled donuts have holes but no filling. This has happened upon many visits so I finally confronted the manager about this. The manager kept exchanging my bad donuts with more bad donuts. Yes 4 times! There was nothing inside the donuts. I told them to make sure I get donuts with filling but they couldn’t provide. You would think they would have quality control in place, and especially after numerous issues. It should be easy to check a batch of donuts for filling. An apology and replacement donut with filling would had been sufficient. Neither happened though… I expect it to continue as it has.
Specialty Donuts
The specialty donuts usually come out around the holidays. These are fun for kids. If you get a dozen though you have to pay more. They charge 20 cents more per donut for buying 12. If you want them cheaper, you can’t give them too much business. Makes sense right?

Giving Back to The Community
As a corporation I think they do well. Other locations in the area reach out to the community providing fundraiser opportunities and are willing to provide donuts at a discount for weekly charity events. From what people are saying this location, however, has not seemed to be interested in helping local charities, churches and even disabled veterans. No discounts offered. No worries though. Other locations pick up the slack.
Overall, their glazed donuts are great. However, for anything else I’d go elsewhere.

Doughnuts were fine tasted like the good stuff Im used to but service was the worst Ive had with these guys.
Only one worker may have actually cared and even she was quick to show attitude. The wait was way to long and Im not usually one to complain. I tried an iced coffee drink also, which I got a look for ordering, and as far that goes… just don’t.
Im glad they dont have the kind of business other franchises have, they couldnt handle 5 people in line.

This store is intentionally selling defective donuts. I contacted the store immediately and left a message when I realized a few hours later on the road that I didn’t get what I paid for. The store never returned me call. So I called corporate HQs customer service, who said someone from the store would contact me. They never did. So I called corporate HQs to let them know the issues with their stores AND customer service, and they haven’t returned my phone call. That was 1 ½ weeks ago. Intentionally selling mis-​labeled is wrong, and illegal. And not addressing it doesn’t make the issue go away. Stay away from this Krispy Kreme. They are extremely deceptive. If they won’t address this simple issue, then what else are they sweeping under the rug?

My children loved that they could watch the donuts being made and receive a paper «donut making hat». The donuts were fresh, warm and delicious.
My reasons for 3 stars is that all the tables were dirty and I had to clean one for my children to sit and enjoy their donuts and the coffee was extremely bitter.
I would come back but I would get my donuts to go and would not order coffee.

This is one of the Krispy Kreme places where they make the donuts in front of you. Way cool.
This location was super clean and had easy parking.
The employee was charming and provided great service. Swing by and pick up a cup and a donut.
