Waited in the drive thru line for 8 minutes to then be told the chicken would not be ready for 5 more minutes. My car, and the two behind me were asked to park and wait for the chicken to be brought to us. Total wait from payment to delivery of chicken was 23 minutes. The three cars behind us were served before we were. How does KFC not have fresh chicken at all times?
