I too sent flowers to the same person as the previous two reviewers. Feeling a bit competitive, I opted for the premier package. I found the customer service perfect and well-​knowledged in the recipient’s address and delivery nuances. The floral arrangement was top notch. I’m sure she liked my arrangement better than theirs.

I purchased a vase of white roses online only to be told that they were out, but they could be substituted for lilies/​purple roses. It was said that no refund would be made. On the other hand it was a beautiful assortment, and staff were very polite. –word to the wise, do not order online.

The people at Kent’s went above and beyond to deliver a birthday bouquet to my daughter. I originally scheduled the delivery at her office. Unfortunately, she was ill on the delivery date and spent her time between the doctor’s office and pharmacy. The staff at Kent’s were empathetic and flexible as they went out of their way to make the delivery happen despite the obstacles. I’m so appreciative for their help in bringing bright, beautiful flowers to my daughter. Thank you!

Like most men I’m not a flower expert. Wanted a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. I only told them my price range and to make it over the top. I picked it up and it was $ 20 under maximum that I told them (so they didn’t just charge me what I said I would pay). I thought the arrangement was nice, but nothing crazy. When my girlfriend saw them though she flipped. She absolutely loved them, and went on to say the names of each flower and how much she loved those types of flowers. She actually thought I had been listening all these years and remembered her favorite flowers… I did not, Kent’s just made an amazing arrangement. This place is amazing, no complaints whatsoever! Oh and also they made it with little notice and I think it was done in about two or three hours.

I am by no means a flower expert, I’m just a poor college student. However, I went into the store and told them how much I wanted to spend and they made me a bouquet of flowers that my girlfriend liked. I was happy with the quality of the arrangement for the amount of money I spent.
While as a guy I always feel completely out of place in a flower shop, they made it easier.

I had a faux arrangement made and it was really pricey. I wouldn’t mind, except, when it wasn’t quite how I wanted and I asked them to change something about it I got a lot of attitude. When I went to pick it up the second time the gentleman who had been helping me was there but wouldn’t talk to me! It was very unprofessional so now I go to My Secret Garden.

Wanted to send flowers to a friend in Columbia. Who do you choose when you live far away? Turns out, I made the right choice by choosing Kent’s. The bouquet was in memory of a friends passing a year ago. They sent a beautiful all white arrangement in a glass vase. Phil appreciated the choices of various flowers and greenery. The perfect accent for his library he reports.

Kent’s flower arrangements are works of art. We used Kent’s as the florist for our wedding and his staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and surprisingly budget-​friendly. They even moved our ceremony arrangements to our reception space within a few minutes and before the guests entered the reception.
