Very good sandwich bread, and I htink that is the key to Jimmy John’s. Their sandwiches are a little light on the meat and vegetables. I had to ask for a little more vegetables, but overall a good sandwich. I’d say priced fairly and a pretty good value for what you get.

I order food from the Jimmy John’s in Columbia at least three times a week. Most of my orders are done online and delivered. Their fast accurate and everything has been good thus far. The gargantuan is a beast.

Ok. This is more of a JJ company review than one for this location. I eat at JJ consistently, because the food is good. However, it appears the prices went up again. So, I looked at the receipt and noticed I saved a whopping 10 cents by getting a combo. Wow! 10 whole cents! From now on, I’ll pass on the chips and/or soda. Water and coffee are free at the office. I will give this location kudos for crazy fast service, but regardless of the claims, that quality is absent almost everywhere else.

Decided to have lunch today at Jimmy’s. It’s been a year since my last visit. I decided to try a different sandwich but sometime it’s better to stick with what I like. The sandwich was blah! My lunch was disappointing. My club lulu was extremely salty. Even after I took off the bacon, my sandwich was mostly bread and lettuce. I appreciate the julienne lettuce and the bread is perfect for a sandwich. My question is, where’s the meat? A thin slice of turkey is wrong. That pickle hit the spot so at least I enjoyed something. I might give them another chance but I will stay away from the bacon. The dining area was clean and the staff was friendly. Nice experience but the sandwich was a let down.

Jimmy john is my favorite sandwich shop, my 4 year old enjoys there subs. If you haven’t had a turkey tom then you should definitely try it very tasty with fresh brrad always. The moment you walk in they immediately take your order and within 2−4mins your order is complete and your ready to go. I have yet to have a baf experience at Jimmy Johns. The only thing I would say is they are a little pricey, but to me its worth it and I’ll continue to eat there because like I said its always fresh and delicious. And they also have the nice ice chips for ice lovers lol.

If you order the wheat bread they charge extra and the bread is on the verge of stale with dry hard crust. Very disappointing. This is not the first time for this location that this has happened and may be my last visit there.

Very fast and courteous. That’s about it. Most unimpressive supposedly Italian sub I’ve ever eaten. Way overpriced. The only taste is the mustard and mayo I had to ask for AFTER they gave me my sandwich. How do these folks stay in business? Both Subway and Quiznos are just in a different league than these folks. So disappointed. My first and last visit.

2 slices of meat on a 8 inch sub, are you kidding me? First and last time customer here. The bread is the best part of the sub. If you like lettuce and tomato and a hint of meat, this is the place for you. I didn’t think anyone put less meat on their sub than Subway until I found this place. Never again. Go elsewhere.

You can now get sprouts on your sandwich! Always fast service. Remember you have to ask to have your sandwich cut in half.

I usually get my jimmy john’s fix in DC close to my job and their food and service is excellent. I was in the mood for a sandwich here closer to home so decided to go to the one next to La Fiesta. Well, service was quick and unimpressive. When they finished my order, they just the whole thing up on the counter. I asked for a bag and she just pointed to the pile of them laying on the counter. I was a bit disappointed that they couldn’t even put it in a bag for me since I’d order 3 sandwiches, two pickles and three cookies, but oh well. So I got home and bit into my sandwich… ugh! Something was just not right about it. I dissected my sandwich and it was old lettuce AND old tomato! It just ruined the taste of a sandwich that from other stores had been soooo good! I removed the, what I think may have been spoiled veggies and tried to enjoy the sandwich but just couldn’t. With the weird customer service and bad tasting sandwich, can’t say I will be going back. Maybe if they slowed down a bit and spent a little more time caring for the customer rather than trying to get the product and the customer out the door, the reviews on this location would be a bit better. I won’t be going back to this location.

This is the second time jj’s has screwed up. The first time the delivery driver somehow spilled my large drink and thought she could replace it with a 12 oz coke and I wouldn’t notice. I eventually ended up somehow paying for both sodas, even though the girl took her«replacement» back. Then today, I’m told my vinaigrette can’t come on the side. Why not? To top it off I got the wrong chips. My delivery driver also didn’t have change for a $ 20! Management seems to be lacking. Get it together

Ordered my sub online and literally had it at my door 15 minutes later! Great device and of course great sub.

Finally tried Jimmy John’s, and after reading and hearing about how fast their service is, I didn’t expect it to be this fast: I walked in and gave my order. I walked out with the sub in my hand less than 30 seconds later. They were already handing me my sub as I was handing them my credit card. A little too fast. Kinda freaky. It’s definitely better than Subway or Quiznos, but this is still nothing special. In terms of a chain deli/sub shop, I prefer Potbelly’s or Jason’s Deli over Jimmy Johns. Still worth going to, though. As for the negative reviews for this location please take it with a grain of salt — projectile vomiting? Dude, whatever. This location was spotless. I could eat off the floor.

The one on Dobbin is employed by idiots. This one is employed by folks that don’t quite know how to decontaminate their environment. My 17 month old got sick after eating a few bites of a sandwich. He projectile vomited twice six hours after eating there. I didn’t eat anything for lunch and ate his sandwich later on that night. I didn’t feel well the next day, and ended up puking my face off shortly after dinner. The sandwich tasted good but it clearly was contaminated somehow enough to make two people sick withing 24 hours of each other. So we’re boycotting this one too. Such a shame this chain can’t get their act together.

Well, it’s almost like subway. Not bad at all. Nothing special at all. The people are friendly and nice.
