The person answering the phone is the worst! She had me on hold for 5 mins, came back and asked what I needed then when I told her I wanted an appt, she put me back on hold. What a horrible receptionist! I’m determined to see the doctor just so I can tell him that he needs new staff. Either way, this is going to be my last visit.

ENTIRE Staff is absolutely the worst! No matter whether it’s in person or on the phone. Very rude and they just don’t care about you as a patient! CHOOSEANOTHERDOCTOR!

I never had an issue with the doctors office when I was actually there, but getting an appointment was half the battle and good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. I had to physically drive to the office to get my first appointment set. No matter what time you call — morning, mid day, or end of day, no one is there to answer and no one will call you back. I relocated 5 months ago and my new primary care physician has been trying to get a copy of my medical records from Dr. Goodwin’s office ever since. For 2 weeks straight they called every day with no return phone calls and still have no resolution. Sounds like I’m not the only one who’s experienced such poor customer service and lack of consideration for their patients.

The office staff is the worst part of this office. It took 9 months to resolve an insurance problem because they didn’t send the correct paperwork. Furthermore, when my wife called to ask what she should do about being exposed to tuberculosis, no one bothered to call her back. With Dr. Goodwin himself it was always a three appointment ordeal. One for the complaint, another for the lab tests, and a third for him to read the results back to me. The worst was when my wife was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. She had visited Dr. Goodwin, complaining of the relevant symptoms. When presented with the diagnosis done by two different neurologists, Dr. Goodwin expressed skepticism and suggested a second opinion. He then continued on to demonstrate a lack of knowledge about modern treatments of MS. Avoid.
