Nonexistent customer service. I wanted to have business cards made and I came here actually expecting to be assisted. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I was refused customer assistance by a white male when I entered the store and waited to be assisted by a black female named Aurea. When I told her what I needed, she directed me to a computer to do it myself. I uploaded my own image and attempted to fit it into the box provided. None of my attempts resulted in an acceptable card, either having a white border on two edges of a black card or having text cut off on the edges. After standing around for 10 to 15 mins or so, watching Aurea assist other people that had come well after I had, I interrupted her and told her I intented to make a complaint. It was at this point she said she was there by herself and still in training and that she didn’t know how to use the computer program. She said she had been told to direct people to the computers. I contacted Fedex Office Customer Service and was informed that it was a liability for the employees to aide or assist the customer in any way with the computer. So if you enjoy providing your own customer service, then this is the place for you. Just come on in and Aurea will be happy to stand by and watch you attempt to figure out how to do her job, since apparently it’s to much of a liability for her to do it, herself. I don’t work at FedEx Office so I resent being expected do their job and pay for the privilege. You might as well do it at home, because either way, your on your own.

If I could put zero stars for this experience I would. This is without a doubt the most dysfunctional and inefficient FedEx store I’ve ever set foot in. I could literally have written an entire re-structured operations strategy manual for this store in the same amount of time it took to process my one 10lb package for shipment. Why do you have only one employee on shift at a time? Why have you not invested the proper amount of training to ensure said employee is competent enough to properly assist customers? But my most important question is can someone please tell me where the UPS store that was in Trenholm Plaza has relocated because I’m in and out of there in four minutes instead of packing and taping my own boxes to be shipped.

Absolutely love this FedEx. They are so helpful and nice here. Plus they will tape your boxes up for free unlike the UPS store just a block down! Every time I go into this location they are smiling and more than willing to wait while I fill out my forms and ask a gazillion questions. Would recommend this place for all your shipping and/or printing needs!
