I give this hotel half of a star, because I left the hotel for room service to service the room and they never came. so when I called and asked for clean towels I was told they do not do house service every day and I did not receive the towels. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who is trying to handle business. But may be a great place for a booty call or someone you do not have feelings for. I should have received the towels in a timely fashion because half of the place is under construction and there’s no business here I also noticed when I walk past the rooms on the first lever that they were cleaning that the bed had no sheets on them and the mattress was very dirty on the side. I called the front desk for a second time two hours later and I spoke with Michael he told me that he thought it was room 319 not only did he have the wrong room but he does not pay attention to detail. One thing I did not mention if there is more cats and dogs in this hotel then there are people. Finally after the second call two hours later I did receive the towels from Michael. Oh yes I almost forgot this place is hidden away behind A Nother hotel so it looks like you are driving into the backwoods no one will ever find you if you are creeping with someone

Not even one star worthy. This place is pure GARBAGE. First off they look NOTHING like their photos. Very outdated and dirty. Room wreaked of smoke. Rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking? Definitely not the case. Only stayed fore we had an event next door or we would have counted our losses and went elsewhere. Upon returning to the room ASSIGNED to us, an unknown male attempted to enter the room! Thank god we had the door latch on or he would have come right in. Following was the«customer service» agent working that night. First time coming to apologize. Made it seem like a strange man coming into MY room is completely normal. Um NO… second time to get our information, info that we had filled out upon arrival in the office? Third time for information AGAIN. Now this is in the middle of the night mind you. Then phone calls from the same individual trying to find our info. I don’t know if he ever found it. Tried to reach a mananger but no one was around. Told they would be there in am. Unplugged the phone to TRY to get sleep. Beds smelled old and unwashed and so uncomfortable. A.m… no manager, actually noone at all in the office. I waited a good 25 minutes before having to leave to get back on the road. Called, was told I would be contacted by the manager. Still waiting! Spend a few extra dollars and GOSOMEWHEREELSE. You’re welcome.

W/advance reservation walked into the office last month April, 2015 w/Bailey the boxer. Extremely social & well behaved(raising another child w/this guy) he is also a service dog doing therapy work w/vets @ WR&JP campuses. Since neither of us smoke, request had been made for non-smoking of course and was assured as such by receptionist. I could not believe the heavy smoke stench as soon as the door was opened so thinking hey, honest mistake was made here just go back & they’ll make the transfer to clean room, right; sorry, they’re all non-smoking. Forced to stay because $$$room was prepaid through Expedia & try to get your money back afterwards only happens once every zillion years or when all the planets in the system are lined up I’m told and also because my boy was getting tired so we endured. Following morning as we were preparing to leave was met by someone very abrupt & rude who tried to extort $ 25 for not registering Bailey initially. Are you kidding me pal, of course I did besides, receptionist was playing w/him for an hour the night before & further more place is advertised as pet friendly. One suggestion to management if I may; Rehab & clean filthy rooms or @least provide oxygen masks to unsuspecting travelers & require lower mgrs. to take reality courses periodically, until then I strongly recommend trying someone else in the area.

I gave this place 2 stars based on the current Manager Dave! Had it not been for one of the employees Kim who is now managing the hotel on Stroneridge, I would have never returned. I stayed at this hotel(on Gracern Road) from late February to the end of June of 2014. I found Dave to be extremely impersonal, he would not look up at me whenever I spoke, YET I found him sucking up to certain other guests. As a long-term resident there, my interaction with the manager was almost non existent, yet I paid my bill on time, never created any type of ruckus, and took care of the room I occupied as it were my own property! There was one interaction I had with Dave face to face where he told me He was afraid I would SKIPOUTONTHEBILL. As a manager of an extensive chain or hotels that stretch across the United States, I would have never expected a person in his position would be so insulting. Even IF that is what he was thinking he should have kept it to himself. My second incident with this weirdo came in June, when he sent TWO other employees to my room in regards to a $ 147 bill for staying longer than expected. Keep in mind they had my credit card on file, also keep in mind that I paid $ 1100 the first month, $ 985 for the 2nd and 3rd months, and $ 720 for the 4th month!!! And though I am not disputing the $ 147 bill, I had told Guest Services I would pay the following morning. Frankly, I was appalled, so much so I wanted to give him a few words, but he was off work, and sending other ppl to do something he should have addressed as the Manager. I would never return to this facility because of how he managers. And during my 3−4months stay some of the ppl who he kisses up too were setting fires, setting off alarms in the early morning hours from smoking in NON smoking rooms, and smoking marijuana, drinking beer and talking loud outside their room. Not something you want to really deal with when you are trying to relax. And this is not the type of treatment I expect nor want when I am spending damn near $ 1000 month to live!!! So much for hospitality
