Extended Stay America – Columbia – Gateway Drive

Never again. The front desk guy «Curtis» was absolutely fantastic, but it wasn’t enough to warrant a better. Curtis informed us that it was a nonsmoking hotel when we asked for matches. We wanted the matches to light fragrant candles because the entire place — minus the lobby — wreaked of cigrette smoke and pets! The toilet had a milky film over the water when we first arrived. There was no kitchen supplies in the room. The linen had been on so long that the dust had formed a line around the edges! Overall the room needed to be refreshed! For the spent!!! NEVER AGAIN! if it wasn’t so late and the fact that other hotels in the area had already sold out we would have moved.
