Overcharged and now avoiding phone calls: I got a dirty car that didn’t have a full tank of gas. The employee, Dallas, didn’t want to mess around with checking out a different car, so he said I just didn’t have to refill the gas. I figured it wasn’t too big of a deal since I only needed the car for a day. The real kicker was that after I returned the car, less than 24 hours after I picked it up, I got an invoice in my email that indicated I returned the car late that added an additional day of rental cost and associated fees, which increased the overall invoice to 150% of what it was supposed to be. I called back to get the charges corrected, was assured that it would get fixed(by Dallas), it never did, and now he won’t answer or return multiple phone calls to discuss, so we are dealing with corporate headquarters and our credit card company for the refund.
