I visit this Dunkin at minimum twice per day. I do not understand why it is so difficult to place and receive a simple coffee order. Typically I order hot coffees in morning and Ice coffees in afternoon. Oftentimes I order an espresso in the later part of day(also known as turbo shots). I ALWAYS state clearly and slowly my order whether it be hot coffee black with 2 sugar, or a large caramel iced, black with 1 sugar, or a triple shot of espresso/turbo with 1 cream and 1 sugar. Nearly everyday they have issues with them, either taking a simple order and cashing it out correctly, and/or getting the order correctly at the window, which by the way at this point they have finally repeated the correct order at the speaker and you would think I could just pick up the order. NOT start over again. Argh! I go there much to often to say this is fluke or bad day. Somebody help them. Lol

The food is pretty on point for a Dunkin. I stop here many times when I’m in the area for work… my coffee is always made perfectly. The one problem I do have with this particular Dunkin’ is their service. I stood at the counter(with no one ahead of me or behind me) for a solid 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Add to that, the unbelievable number of people working who were too busy socializing(I counted 6) to actually help take my order and I wound up quickly frustrated. I considered leaving but desperately wanted my coffee. After I finally placed my order, I moved down to grab my coffee. And then I witnessed a conversation that I’m almost embarassed to share. What I assumed to be the manager or shift leader: she turned and said to her coworker: «What did she order? A flatbread something? Turkey whatever. I don’t know.» I’ve never worked at a Dunkin but I do know order screens exist for a reason. I was even asked if I wanted a particular item on the sandwich I had ordered, an item that usually comes on the sandwich. Huh? The food and coffee are always great at this location. It’s the service that requires me to give this location 2 stars and nothing more. Get it together, guys. Last time I visited, I actually witnessed 3 people leave the store because no one was taking their order. Now, I get it… Sidenote: I witnessed another girl behind the counter pick up sliced lemons with her bare hands and throw them in someone’s iced tea after she took my order and handled money. EFFINGGROSS.

This DD location is usually alright. It’s frustrating to place an order and be told they are sold out. But, that some times happens here. Mostly clean and tidy. Quick and friendly svc both inside & drive thru. My only objection was to the clerk(young male) sneezing in the work area w/o covering. Especially during flu season & with rampaging news reports of measles:/ Any how over all ordinary experience.
