After applying for a property to sublease from I was informed that someone else had already signed the lease, then received a phone call saying it wasn’t. So I had to reapply since they could not find my application any longer. Which also meant another application fee?!? Applied & heard NOTHING. Called every single day & left messages both on their voicemail & with the lady who answers their phones. This lady did not forward ONE SINGLE message on to Carmen which also meant my app wasn’t moving at all… they’re also NEVER in the office, even though you can see lights & people inside & they’re not scheduled to close til 4, the doors are locked & nobody even responds to the obvious person standing outside the window. I am DEFINITELY looking into other rental companies & places. If you do rent from them, I do hope your pipes don’t burst or you have some kind of emergency because you will be waiting FOREVER!!!
