Management unresponsive to maintenance issues. Son has top floor apartment and has had leaky ceiling for 2 months and now black mold growing around the hole. First they patched the ceiling and said the roofers would be around soon but soon to them is a month. They then claimed to have patched the roof but that same day it rained and the ceiling leaked again. Common areas poorly maintained.
Stay away from this complex.

DO NOT RENT!!! They will show you a model apartment that looks absolutely nothing like the apartment you will move in to. My apartment’s walls are dinged up, the carpet is destroyed and there is a distinct motel smell that you cannot get rid of. They take months to get around to repairing things, the management is made up of the most incompetent people around. They say they do background checks but based on the frequency of the visits of law enforcement, they do not care what criminals move in next door. If you are dumb enough to rent from here, do NOT rent the basement apartments, they have flooded twice so far this year. Dangerous area, dangerous neighbors, and incompetent employees. 0 out of 5 stars. Consider another management company for your renting needs.
