Really tasty food, and a great cup of coffee. It seems to be a bit slow, but the folks are super friendly. I always get the feeling that the food is not the only thing baked here. I cannot recommend the grits enough! Those things are freakin’ amazing. Also the coffee is delicious. They have some great looking pastries too. Definitely will be returning, and I recommend everyone check it out!

Awesome place with cool people serving food. I give them 5 stars, even though sometimes the wait can be hectic if there are a lot of costumers. Usually, there’s one person at the counter, and another in the kitchen, so it’s hard for them to split time and make the food faster. Despite those hurdles, the service is really good, and the atmosphere is nice. It’s right under Cool Beans, another good restaurant. College Grounds has great sandwiches, and pretty good coffee. They also have nuts and fruit, cookies, and many sweets. Their cheese grits are great, and they have a number of vegan/​veggie options if meat isn’t your thing. Check them out.

My buddy had a warm, stuffed sandwich with a side of potato salad. Good so far. I ordered the quiche. The slice was tiny, expensive and COLD. Sheesh, couldn’t they have taken 20 seconds to warm it up in the microwave? Doughnuts were good though, otherwise it would have been 2 stars.

The Adluh cheese grits here are scrumptious. I could eat a gallon of them and still want more. Grab a coffee from upstairs and you’ll be good to go!

The mushroom and brie soup was well balanced and great tasting 5 stars
Thai chicken flat bread pizza was not crispy enough and had a little too much going on with the sauce, it also takes around 15 minutes to make. 3 stars
Chocolate banana bread was good and is a great desert for 2.50 4 stars

Try the fresh made doughnuts! They come in a few crazy fun flavors each day, but they run out quickly.
Haven’t had anything else from here but the menu is a lot like cool beans upstairs.

I came back for breakfast and had a large bowl of the Adluh cheese grits. They were so creamy and cheesy! Really good. Filled me up and I wasn’t hungry again until the late afternoon.
