Cevet Tree Care

We had a great experience with Cevet Tree Care. We have a lot of trees on our property, and we wanted to get them cleaned up, some lower branches removed, etc. We also needed a couple of trees taken out. Steward listened, understood what we needed, provided us with an estimate — and a very competitive price. The work was done promptly — much sooner, really, than we expected — and we are very pleased with it!

Called them to have a tree and a few bushes removed. The guy sent to take a look at the job was great. He understood all my issues and needs and said they could meet them all. Even better he offered a great price and some landscaping ideas for the area vacated by the bushes. I was sold on the service he offered and the price.
We were told they would do the job the following week. No call and never showed. Two weeks later I called and was told that guy was no longer with the company and they apologized. Stewart (the owner) was supposed to call me back to make it right.
Stewart did call (three days later) and said he would write up an offer and email it to me. Now 5 days after I was promised an email and over three weeks since the first call, the job is still not done and no follow up still. Stay away!!! Either not enough employees or not organized enough to take care of customers. Very disappointed and I thought I had found a great company…
