I was a client at this location for 2 years where I ran a law practice. My client and business lead calls were consistently mishandled and I suffered significant financial losses as a result of it. When I complained to the corporate office, the then center manager and assistant manager made up a fabrication that I was an irate client, and that I was abrasive, unreasonable and threatening towards the staff. I was then forced to relocate my business in the middle of one of the busiest seasons for attorneys who practice in the areas that I do. In addition, during a really bad storm, water was able to get in through the window, and caused significant damage in my office, including ruining client files, expensive law books and electronic equipment. I was not notified of this and when I asked for insurance carrier information, I was ignored for 2 weeks and was finally told that I should carry my own insurance and they refused to give me the information for the insurance carrier. The staff there has really high turnover and therefore suffers from constantly having the majority of staff in training. Therefore, no one there was ever really able to get to know me or my business. If you are thinking about locating your business there, especially if you are an attorney, I suggest that you have a very candid conversation about the level and type of support you need and have details about that support deduced in writing. For example, you should have the way your calls will be answered and handled put in writing and agreed upon. You should also conduct random audits for whether your calls are being handled appropriately by calling and pretending to be a prospective client or customer. Overall, I had a very bad experience with this office and I urge caution to anyone who is considering locating a business at this location.
