My review is based on what I experienced with the front desk. When I entered what was offensive was the strong smell of underarm odor… NOT COOL. I am a lady and entering any establishment it should smell CLEAN or I will assume its UNCLEAN! No one was at the front desk upon entering, and even when the East Indian lady w the glasses appeared there was no GREETING… This is a Hotel, what happened to the HOSPITALITY in this FIELD here in SOUTH CAROLINA??? I wasn’t impressed, and left quickly. She on the other hand was impersonable, and curt. I don’t care if she is from another country and culture… My mother always said «A little honey, goes a long way!»

Worst customer service ever experienced in my life! The hotel stay was fine but front desk manager is extremely rude. Had a problem with an extra charge that i did not incur and she was not willing to discuss it. She yelled at me in front of other customers and interrogated me as if I was on a witness stand. I felt humiliated and will never go back to this hotel. Hoping no one has to deal with this lady. She should go to hospitality school or something where they teach how to be polite and good customer service skills.

Our stay here was well worth the rate. When the weather was hot, there was a pool for us to use. There’s also a small fitness center on the premises. An ample continental was included and was always fresh.
The 2 best things were the management and the facilities. Management was always very responsive to our needs and issues and always with the utmost courtesy and a sincere smile. The room, as well as the common areas, looked newly renovated and extremely clean and fresh smelling.
We definitely would return again.
