As I strolled in the gentlemen working greeted me, and we chatted about the area. He was friendly, and this is good service to me. We ordered our bowl and he brought it promptly. As opposed to the last hookah lounge I was in, this place has very ambient lighting, which makes it a very relaxing place. I feel like I could come here and work, as if I was in a coffee shop. The music is not pop culture, and it makes the establishment have an authentic feel. Different styles of music keep it interesting. Throughout my stay, I was serviced with new coals without asking. That once again is good service. Enjoyed it through and through

Went last night for the first time and i must say the atmosphere was great. Had great music blaring all night, infact it was so packed that they decided to stay open until 3am instead of the usual 1am. People were also not shy about dancing around the place. The place probably had a 2 to 1 girl to guy ratio also.(just for us guys haha) It was also my first time smoking on a hookah. I must say it was decent. After awhile of smoking on it you ferry a euphoria type feeling in your head lol. Was fun blowing smoked filled bubbles also. This is definitely a place that i will be coming back to for a good night out with friends.

Great place. Experience was incredible. My boyfriend even forgot his hoodie with his phone in it and when we went back to pick it up they had even charged his phone for him. This is defiantly a place you must stop at if you are in the area.

After being to many hookah lounges, I must say this is one of my favorites. It’s laid back and every employee I met was really friendly. They supplied information about different options and flavors and got our hookah to us quickly. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys or wants to try hookah. Just be careful if you’re coming at busy hours; it’s located downtown, so parking can be difficult when the area is busy.

The staff at this establishment are extremely rude and inconsiderate. They acted annoyed when I was asking about prices and different flavors, like I was wasting their time by not knowing exactly what to get. About 20 minutes into our session a very drunk patron with long hair stumbled in; he threatened to fight my friend for giving him a «dirty look». Turns out he is a friend of the owner, whom did nothing to remedy the situation and brushed us off. The staff member making rounds to change coals was nice and helpful. The inside is above average for a hookah lounge and the shisha was decent. However, I refuse to give my money to such shady management who do not appreciate their customers.

What a precious hidden gem! My friend and I came here and had Pirate’s Cave shisha and bubbles to go with, which I had never seen! So cool! Place was very open, had nice outdoor seating on the streets of Columbia. I think they could do more with the space, since they have most of their seating on the outer edge of the room. They could totally put, like, two or three little tables in the middle of the room, but whatever. Place is well adjusted, staff is ridiculously friendly, and the hookah is gigantic! Pretty reasonably priced, too!

Great place to sit and enjoy hookah. I went there last night and was really surprised at how great this place was. Prices were reasonable, $ 12.99 for Al Fakher bowl, and 14.99 for Starbuzz bowl with a great selection of both flavors. The thing I liked the most about Aladdin is that they used coconut coals which really help with the flavor and harshness of the smoke. They still did not have their liquor license, but saw a lot of liquor being brought in and they seemed pretty lax about it if you don’t flaunt it. Only downside of the entire experience was the area was kind of small, so we were all packed in there, but when it warms up, I will definitely go back and smoke outside.

Not usually a fan of hookah lounges. In my experience the service is usually spotty, and the sheesha is always cheap. Aladdin did not have either of these problems. For $ 19 we got a large hookah with delicious Starbuzz sheesha(note you can get the cheaper stuff for a few bucks less, but the nicer sheesha is worth it, trust me) that lasted me and two other friends about an hour and a half. The service was awesome. They had employees walking around helping to adjust the hookah if it was hitting harshly or if you were having trouble working it, as well as with replacement coals if yours were beginning to die out. These people were constantly on their feet helping patrons, a sign of great service. Atmosphere was also great. A live DJ was spinning cool house/electronic tunes, and a small flock of patrons were dancing in the front of the place like they were at Tonic. Had I had a bit more to drink before had I probably would of joined them. They also had quite nice sofas and chairs for you to sit and smoke your hookah at. While Aladdin doesn’t have an alcohol license yet, they did a great job of making up for it with their awesome tunes and great atmosphere. Get some friends together, have a couple drinks before hand, and enjoy this cool new spot on 9th. I hope it sticks around long enough to get a beer/wine license, as that would of probably made this a 5-star place.

Very friendly, tons of fun. Great service. Just buy a drink from Trops first. They don’t have their alcohol license yet!
