As I have said before, «What can be said about a Dunkin Donuts that hasn’t been said before»? What a great way to «economize». You can get a cup of coffee for $.99 cents, if you have one of their mugs. With a free donut, if you fill out one of their surveys. I used this location as a stop off point from my way on back from Warsaw. This time I had something to complain about. It just wasn’t up to standards. There were no free newspapers to read, a savings of .50 cents. Along with a phone book to verify a few addresses of places. Since they had a new girl working there I took positive action. I filled out the on-line survey and pointed out these discrepancies. Also called them up on the 800-complaint number. Pointing out that a Marathon gas station is attached to this location. IT has the same things, coffee, newspapers, and high quality donuts. Also a phone book, with a couple of indoor tables to sit down on. This Unilocal@er did complain. «Stood his ground, but gracefully and kindly».
