Horrible service, the line is ALWAYS long. They are extremely slow with your order. Do not go here it will take forever! I can honestly say this the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to!

For sure the crappiest Taco Bell around. Never get orders right. Sometimes food is cold and they take forever! I love taco bell. Not this one.

It’s great and all but the drive thru just takes way to long you might have to wait about 2 or 4 minutes and sometimes you don’t even know which one because there’s no one in each window

First of all the hours at this location need to be updated (since online it says they’re open to midnight and they’re not) I just drove out of my way to come to this location which is the nearest location and normally I wouldn’t write a review on a fast food chain joint but I got here 10 minutes until 11:00 PM which is their actually closing time and it seems even though there’s employees inside with the lights on they are literally hiding from me even after I just drove up to the drive thru window which is completely wide open and made eye contact with several of them and just asked a simple question if they are closed since I’ve been waiting at the drive thru menu for almost 10 minutes. They decide to be completely rude and pretty much tell me to F off and acting like I’m not here. It’s a simple question people are you closed??? Simple response yes or no but I guess some people aren’t lucky enough to live in a LA County and work at the Golden Arches joint and make $ 15 an hour… Wow it never ceases to amaze me!

If I could give zero stars I seriously would! This place is a joke I waited 15 mins to get to the drive up menu to order, Waited 5 mins to finally have someone one ask what I would like to order, waited another 10 minutes to get to the window to pay and get my food and they couldn’t remember what my damn order was. Asking me did you order this? Did you order this. Seriously ridiculous!!! By the time I got my food another 15 min later and got home all my food was soggy and cold. I will NEVER come back here. I rather drive 20 min away to get decent Taco Bell! I know it’s fast food and all but this place is not fast it’s a joke and their employees suck and need training on customer service!!!

Worst Taco Bell ever. Came to drive thru for breakfast at 8am. I thought the car in front was taking forever to order and then took off. I waited about 5 minutes and took off too. No one was taking orders at the drive thru! And past experiences here is getting my order in 20 minutes. It’s fast food. How long does it take to make 2 tacos? And they weren’t even busy.

Horrible customer service. Came here hungry after work, its not even busy at all for them to be this slow. Order on drive thru and it took me like 10m just to order, and then another 5 min to get my food. Too long on wait and it wasnt busy at all. They didnt assemble the taco box correctly, so when I got home, all the tacos fell outta the box to the concrete. Disgusted.

I love Taco Bell and this location just misses the mark. I am willing to drive an extra 5 miles to go to a better one than to go here. The soft tacos are always soggy. Pretty much anything with a tortilla is soggy. The potato soft taco is the only thing they got going for them. They use the KFC potatoes, which taste better. The orders in the drive thru are always wrong. If you’re going for the KFC side, it’s pretty decent. They are less likely to mess up a drive thru order. The food isn’t always hot though. The inside is quite small. So overall this place is only good if you’re looking for a quick snack off the freeway or something.

It’s okay. They ran out of a special that they’re promoting. Woops! Shouldn’t happen. One word though. Nacho cheese is always bomb.

Workers are usually on point. Courteous and smiling. There are a couple people that have been working at this particular spot for awhile and it would be a shame to lose them any time soon.
The food is never cold. And service is real quick so you can enjoy this well made fast food.
