Did my homework first, Shane’s reputation, business practices & standing with the BBB met my standards and I am very happy to say he exceeded my expectations (not easy to do) I am very pleased with the finished job and will be hiring Shane again to do our master bathroom. What initially impressed me was his attention to detail, we had chosen a multi sized tile pattern, we have a sunk in living room and an angled alcove in our kitchen, our floorplan is also one large circle. Shane was the only contractor who discussed these issues with us ahead of time, his attention to details is why we hired him. He was at my home when he said he was going to be, put in a full days work and cleaned up everyday afterward he and his crew were also friendly and respectful. He brought his equipment & materials the afternoon before the start date so they could get started first thing in the morning. He didn’t just start laying tile, he layed out the multisized pattern first & carefully planned where everything was going to line up along intersecting walls making the best use of the tile sizes, the least amount of cuts and where the tiles would meet up at the end, this took a bit of time to plan out, but I very much appreciated his «attention to details» once again. He did alot of work in my home a kitchen, 2 dining areas, family room, entryway, bathroom and 2 hallways and everyone of those rooms looks great I highly recommend him!
