I feel like I’ve been through the ringer with bad health care: rude reception, impossible appointment making, judgmental doctors, hour long waits, separate lab facilities, referral hell… no fun. I always felt like I had to be on the defensive…
So when I made my appointment at BMG Colton, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from someone to get my pre registration done by phone. This made my check in extremely quick. Then I barely had time to sit down before they called me back. The doctor was with me almost immediately! He really listened and was responsive to my needs.
They have convenient lab hours on site, so I was able to drop in before work without an appointment. The lab visit was also fast, so even though I didn’t get my butt out the door as early as I planned, I still got to work on time.
I’m pushing my husband to start going here, and we’re even looking at finding a pediatrician here for our son. The location seems upscale and has a slightly hospital feel.
So glad I don’t have to deal with bad Dr’s offices any longer! I found the one!

Small in comparicion with their other locatrions, but it seem to be quicker !!

LOTS of room for improvement!
Pros: Convenient location, easy parking, friendly desk staff, nice doctors. Most appointments were made in a reasonable timeframe. Con: Regarding referrals; I often had to call the office to check the status of my referral. On many occasions it was not. They would apologize and I’d receive the referral about a week later. At times I was told that someone would call me back. Never happened. Follow through & Improve communication please!

Beaver Medical Group is a low class redneck, non patient advocate facility that rather argue with you than solve a patient situation. If you feel any need to voice your opinion trust me they will shut it down with doctor that cannot get on phone with you, a nurse that puts you on hold and really knows they are wrong so direct to to some jerky supervisor that fights with you when you when you are upset, yells back and like a wonderful problem solver… hangs up on you. So now tell me how a family practice doctor refuses to do six month physical examinations on a patient when its his job. Well calling to find out why… got me a afternoon of go arounds and complete jerks and put me a medical professional in a horrid mood.

Easy parking, super clean. The front desk was really nice. The lady who checked me in had such a pleasant tone… very rare to find in the medical industry. Am I right? I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment & the paperwork that I had to fill out was minimal. They were prepared before I got there which was efficient. I was in & out of there in a friendly fashion. The doctor was intelligent and professional, with an easy bedside manner.
