Wells Fargo Bank

This branch is always friendly. Whenever I go in there’s always someone there to greet me and ask what they can do to help. Coffee is available for those who wait. This Constitution location also now does foreign exchange. It used to be that the only bank that would do it was the Wells Fargo next to the Antlers Building downtown.
Three strikes: 1) Last year a banker didn’t understand what I was asking for, but I wrongly assumed they did, so somehow I ended up with an unwanted credit card. Oh well — I never use it, so it’s my backup now. 2) Aside from the Garden of the Gods branch, this one is always busy. Rarely am I able to pull up to the ATM without another car already there, or not wait in line at the drive-​up lanes or inside at the counter. 3) I hate the layout of the lot here — entering and leaving the property is not efficient at all.

Awesome place to bank. Friendly people and a genuine feel to their wanting to help. I’ve been in here multiple times for my banking needs and never been disappointed. Very professional people. Bankers and tellers both answer all questions I’ve ever had.
