I tried to use the bathroom(someone was already occupying it) and the Pretzel Mini Crisps I purchased were not broken, unlike from Wal-Mart.

There’s always a wait in the front, always a super long wait to pick up prescriptions no matter the time of day, the wait to hold on the phone is just ridiculous– I’ve always waited at least 5 minutes but the normal is 10 minutes at least! Everyone in the store is super rude especially management!

This is not my local pharmacy, so maybe the other reviews are from repeat customers who have had several bad experiences. I went there to pick up a prescription that I had transferred from Denver because I forgot to bring mine on vacation. FYI, this is the closest Pharmacy to the Broadmoor. The pharmacist called me back after I had left a message the night before and was very helpful. They got everything squared away and ran my scrip through my insurance in no time. The store was fine, nothing amazing, but people were helpful and they seemed well stocked. And they take Apple Pay! The only drawback were the other customers and the surrounding area, which seemed a bit sketchy to me.

They’re open 24 hours. Besides that, WORSTPHARMACY I’VEEVERBEENTO. I used to go there for the convenience of it being close to my house and doctors office, but it was and never will be worth it. The pharmacy staff are like heartless robots. They couldn’t care less about the patient; they are there to make a paycheck and nothing else, and it’s evident. I was an hour late to work on one occasion because they forgot to put in my prescriptions after I dropped off and clearly stated I would wait on them. I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes, which is clearly visible by pharmacy staff, before finally asking how much longer it would be. The girl typed something into the computer, got a horribly embarrassed look on her face, and made up some excuse on the fly which was obviously a lie. If she were honest about the mistake, I would have been significantly less upset about the mishap; honesty goes a long way with me. 30 minutes later, my prescriptions were finally ready. Note that these were important medications that I needed before work. I wouldn’t have made it through my 9 hour work day without them so there’s no way I could have waited until I got off. After keeping in touch with work and trying to explain this to the pharmacy staff, I still arrived at work an hour after my scheduled shift and was then forced to do a service for free, which I should have gotten $ 25 commission on(which was also a really crappy thing for my managers to do, especially after I called in advance to explain my dilemma and stayed in touch to give them updates, and they knew I was struggling financially with our lack of business and too many people being hired on. But that’s a different story). This Walgreens pharmacy has done me wrong in so many other ways, I can’t fit them all into one review. I’m not a fan of big chain corporate pharmacies anyway, but this one takes the cake for all-time worst.

It is what it is: the closest 24 hour pharmacy to my house. The drive through pharmacy window is convenient and the service is reasonable, especially off hours(I tend to stop by around 6am). Overall, the store is cramped and a bit dingy, but it serves its’ purpose.
