Excellent and friendly customer service can be a rarity these days; Mark was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He knew I was stuck in traffic and he kept the store open an extra 15 minutes so I could make my purchase.

Terrific, fast, accurate service and they laugh at my jokes(well, most of the time.) So glad I switched locations for service on my frequently used Riccar. They have troubleshooted for me a few times at no charge. Great guys!

I was looking for a place that would clean and service my son’s vacuum and after reading a few review chose Preferred Vacuums’. What a great experience! James T. was very pleasant and explained the costs and what they would do. Was given a 2 – 3 day wait time but was actually able to pick it up the same day with the missing part replace and totally cleaned and serviced. So many business have mediocre or bad customer service any more that it is so when you get treated well. Highlight of my day

This place customer service is NOT dead! Wow! Completely impressed! I had never been here b4& I was moving from a big home 2 a bigger home, so we had lots of vacuums. We lived quite far & I realized I was not going to make it b4 they closed, so when I called they were very nice & pleasant & said they would stay open til I got there. It was freezing that night & when I arrived they had there employees come out & unload all my vacuums & brought the payment & receipt out to the car, so I wouldn’t have to unload the kids in & out the cold. I was quite taken back because I hadn’t in a long time received this kind of customer service & was convinced it was dead. I thank this company & highly recommend them.

Complete jerk. Was quoted 45 on the phone. Once we got there it jumped almost 20 more dollars. I said I would call the other place that is less than two miles away to price compare. He got a giant attitude and told me «. Good luck, we are the only authorized dealer.» Too bad for him I know it’s a lie bc the bissel web page is on my phone. I’m off to the competition right now, five bucks less and no attitude. I will be letting bissel know about this particular dealer as well. Just bc your having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers! Gets better! Went to Nelsons and he checked my model number and date stamp, which this shop didn’t even try, and told me the repair would be covered by bissel!

I never thought I would have a vacuum place, but oh boy do I! My vacuum died a few months ago and wouldn’t work in any outlet I tried to plug it into. I brought it in to these guys because the stupid thing was new! We hadn’t even had it for a year yet! As soon as I get in the door I explain my story and one of the employees plugs it in to assess the situation. Much to my dismay, it turned right on! I felt like such an ass! The employee could clearly see my embarrassment and assured me that this sort of thing happens all the time. He even suggested they have magical outlets.(Which obviously they do because, I assure you, this stupid thing was DEAD a minute ago!!) He offered the cleaning service they have that costs only $ 30 and they give it the biggest deep clean of its life. Like, they take it apart and clean it and put it back together. I could have just said thanks and walked out the door but, I was already there so I said why not. It took only a few days and when I picked up my vacuum it looked like the day it was born out of the box on Christmas morning. Awesome customer service, awesome up-selling skills and overall just a great place to bring your tired, sick or broken vacuum.

Not only did these guys get us the right part but were able to trouble shoot our shampooer and tell it needed another part. We appreciate their help when we needed a working shampooer for emergency puppy mess at home! Good job guys!
