We’ve been going there since moving to the area nearly 2 years ago, and couldn’t be happier. Kate and her crew are terrific, the facility is bright and clean and safe, and our girls love it there. The hours are very expansive — open till like 11 on weekend nights, if I’m not mistaken — and you can buy snacks or meals if necessary. Generally, the child care is around $ 8 an hour, but you can get it even cheaper if you buy a bulk-card at one of their biannual sales(which also entitles your kids to free snacks, such as goldfish and animal crackers). Also, subsequent children after the first cost less, around $ 4.50 an hour, iirc. All in all, a total lifesaver for everything from mid-day errands that are easier without children to nights out with the spouse. You got kids? Go here.

This is by far the most unprofessional and worst place to drop off your children I dropped off my son there expecting customer service and they did not even follow through on their behalf I was later accused of not writing my son’s name down on a piece of paper because it was a state law that he has to be signed in I told them people forget and she said I’m sorry but we don’t always want to follow state rules but we have to it made it feel like she was upset with me that I did not sign my son in. She actually approached me when I was having lunch with my husband next door at Pizza Time and poked me in the shoulder blade accusing me of not signing my son in when I dropped him off I told her that I had forgotten that I made a mistake unfortunately that mistake got her so upset and rattled up that she had to make a big scene at the restaurant and approach me with a vengeance and then look at the restaurant and said good luck with her so because I defended myself she was offended and told me to pick up my son immediately then later on I spoke to her manager who is even more unprofessional who kept repeating herself over and over again that she would never throw any employee under the bus And… even though I didn’t ask her to do that she kept repeating it… as to convince herself that she was not going to take any blame. She said she doesn’t believe in the philosophy customer is king, these people do not want your business they want your money she said that I owed them an apology and then afterwards they would apologize to me I am NOT one to slowly apologize I am one that would always apologize first but in this situation I felt completely humiliated I was accused first of all of dropping my son off without signing him in… like I was a deadbeat parent and second of all the way she acted in front of everybody at the restaurant made it look like I had committed a crime by not signing in my son it was ridiculous to have to go through this and I never wish this upon anyone I have been coming to this place for over two and a half years and I’ve known the previous management to be very fun. I am above this so now that there is new management I definitely do not suggest to bring your child here … one of the workers there is extremely hostile and very unforgiving and very rude. She immediately asked people to be witnesses to our discussion and claimed that I was going have a written statement against me and my husband for yelling at them at the top of our lungs she said that everybody in the place heard us yelling and everybody in the restaurant heard us yelling complete liars all of them
