The Body and Fender Shop

After a car accident, State Farm (the other driver’s insurance) told me to pick from a handful of Colorado Springs auto body repair shops. And although it was one of the last names given to me, the reviews here caught my eye. The accident happened just before Christmas, and I was in a rush to get my car in and get repairs started. From that first phone call until I picked up my car, The Body and Fender Shop gave me top notch service, and I recommend them without hesitation. First off, Bill took my original call two days before New Year’s weekend. He told me of their extensive work with State Farm, how their shop operated, and how they would be able to take care of me quickly. After having my car towed there that evening, the shop called me, emailed me papers to get repair authorization the next day, and the ball started rolling on repairs ASAP. The repairs took about two weeks. Each week I received a personal phone call or email keeping me up to date on the repairs and the timeline for completion. I was never in the dark as to anything that was going on. When they told me on Wednesday that my car would be finished on Friday, it indeed was. Also, The Body and Fender shop took care to call the car rental company, so I didn’t have to make a special trip to two different places after I picked up my repaired car. Finally, I couldn’t be happier with the repairs. Both doors on my driver’s side had to be replaced. The paint job was flawless and matched perfectly. The alignment, which I think they outsourced to a neighboring service center, was on point and tight, and the car drives flawlessly. My car looks like it’s new, it drives like it’s new, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone at The Body and Fender Shop was extremely professional and perfectly polite throughout the entire repair process. I personally hope that I never have to choose another body shop, but on the unlucky chance that I should, I will ALWAYS contact The Body and Fender Shop first. Their customer service and communication was superb, their work was of the highest quality and completed in a timely and efficient manner, and all-​in-​all this was as great an experience as I could possibly have imagined. Thank you!

We were rearended a few weeks ago and we took our car to the shop in Falcon based on a recommendation from a friend (and their BBB rating). Just picked up the car and I’m not only pleased with the work they did from the accident, they took care of a couple of dings that were already there. Very honest, reliable, communicative, and the work is great. Thank you for making a stressful time run smoother for us.

This is at least the 3^rd time I’ve used Body & Fender. The staff is always professional and helpful. Work is excellent. Jeff, the owner, makes a point of introducing himself and explaining the options. The have always done more than I expected. They removed some scuffs fro the rear and passenger side while the had my vehicle… no extra charge! Also, I asked about what could be done about the driver side «dings» while they had my Nissan in for the passenger side repairs. Jeff coordinated a paintles dent removal company to come to their shop. With one check, I paid my deductible and for the extra work. As they have always done, my car was washed & vacuumed when I went to pick it up. Strongely recommend Body and Fender. Jean Whelan
