I came into the store today having had the worst morning one could possibly imagine to refuel and seeking some comfort beverage and my card declined at the register. It took all I could muster to not burst into tears right then and there! The employee slid my ordered pastry and drink across the counter to me and said«Happy Holidays. It’s on us today.» That act of kindness touched my soul in an extremely difficult time for me and brightened my entire day.

Customer service has improved! Good job guys. And if you happen to have your sweet puppy with you, ask for a puppychino. It’s a sample size cup filled with whipped cream for your doggy and it’s the only thing free at Starbucks!

Solid starbucks on the north end of academy, not too far from chapel hills mall. plenty of parking, same lot as a Michaels and Ross. This one is very small in comparison to others… seems like there is more space behind the counter than in front of it. Fast and efficient!

Acceptable. Been there a couple of times. Not great. Not too bad either. Good enough, but there are better cafes and starbucks around. Very dark and usually busy.

One of the lamer Starbucks here in The Springs. It is located in a strip mall area. The staff is barely friendly unlike most other Starbucks where the employees are highly caffeinated and loving life. The décor is just as boring as the staff. I’d almost give them an additional star because the service is extremely quick, but I’m not feeling super generous tonight. «I’ve experienced better.» totally fits.
