Had a great experience the first time around earlier this year. Today, the guy did not even arrive until 1 hour after my two hour «window.» No confirmation or call telling me he would be late until it was already 10 past. He was confused as to how our sprinkler system worked, which I find concerning.

Just finished an excellent service call by Mike from Sprinkler World. He spent the time to show me where & why our system wasn’t working properly and then fixed it. We also appreciated the confirmation call before the service. We’re signing up for 2x service from this squared away company.

Katrina and the team at Sprinkler World are great. They helped me through the install of my system with great guidance on the best way to do things given my budget and tips to make maintenance easier. I live about a 30 minute drive away but I still go there for pieces, parts, fertilizer, advice and call them for services when I need them. Highly recomended for personal and high quality service.

called them to fix a leak, came a first time, charged us, did not fix the leak, called them a second time, charged us again fixed the leak, now our pipes are rumbling like crazy, and they are unwilling to fix the problem, unless of course we pay again… If a company cannot guarantee their service then I am not willing to give them another chance.

They setup installation of my sprinkler system a few years ago, and handle blowing it out each fall. It’s been working perfectly. Very friendly staff who will either help you design and install the system yourself (walking you through all the steps), or set you up with installation.
My recommendation: explore the Netafim option. It’s a little more expensive on the front end, but it’s a lower-​water underground system that’s completely paid for itself. I’m no shill here, just a Netafim believer — my water bill is 50% less than my neighbor who has a standard, above-​ground sprinkler system.
