I have called this place twice and they to date have not returned my call. It is common courtesy to return ones call and this is part of your business as well.

My wife started noticing our clothes dryer wasn’t trying very hard anymore. It seemed to be tired and our clothes were coming out damp after a typical dry cycle would have produced a pile of wonderfully warm, dry shirts, socks and pants. Despite my replacing the exhaust hose behind the machine and delving past the lint screen to remove the sneaky lint(and quite a few bobby pins) we couldn’t get the dryer to step up and do its job. I found Dave on Angie’s list and gave him a call. He got back to my wife(who’d called and described the situation) and Dave said he’d come take a look the next day. He came near the end of the 2 hour window he’d promised and was very pleasant and presentable. He came out of the laundry room an hour later with a diagnosis and initially said he had the part and could fix the dryer, but found that his inventory on his truck was off, apologized and asked if he could come back in a couple of days with the part to finish the job. We agreed and Dave called later to let us know he could return the following evening to finish up. He came on time and repaired the dryer, showed us the problem part and explained why it had malfunctioned and presented us with a bill that was reasonable and exactly what he’d quoted. I highly recommend Springs Appliance Repair and will be suggesting this firm for our company vendor list!

Dave is great– I highly recommend his services. He’s honest, forthright, returns call and texts right away and will give the straight story! D3-AOk appliance came out THREE times to fix the ice maker on our Kitchenaide fridge and had no success nor did they recommend how to get the«discontinued» part. I ended up finding the part myself and then they still weren’t able to fix it, as «the part did not fit». Dave was here less than 30 minutes, used his BRAIN and turned the part a different way to get it to fit. I swear, where do they train people these days?! Or do they just get their training on Youtube? Dave obviously knows what he is doing!

Called twice over a period of a week leaving my name, phone number and description of the problem. I did not receive a return call either time. If this is how they handle potential customers I can’t image the customer service once they show up at your house.

They returned my call promptly, gave me an estimate of charges over the phone. When he arrived, he told me that one of my appliances was under warranty and I should do it that way to save money. He completely overhauled my dryer for what I considered a very reasonable price, and it’s working perfectly. I won’t hesitate to call again for any repair.
