Specialized Carpet Upholstery & Air Duct Cleaning

So, we were unimpressed with the customer service. We were supposed to have our carpets cleaned and wet had set an appointment for Monday. We got home Monday night and it wasn’t done. We called the next morning and they said they had us scheduled for Wednesday, which was the day we were supposed to be out of our house, therefore not practical. So they told us they would be here on Wednesday. We got a text saying that they were leaving because no one was at the house. However, the instructions we gave them indicated that they could use the key that we left for them and they could let themselves in. But when we called they had already left the house. They did try to «right» the situation by stating they would work with our landlord so that we wouldn’t be penalized. However, we ended up paying more than the quote and had a few headaches along the way. In the end, the carpets were not done well. This was a very inconvenient experience and we wouldn’t recommend this company.

Rude costumer service and they did a half assed job on the carpets. The carpet was wet for days and they left my house unlocked.
I will rent a carpet cleaner from king soopers and do it my self next time.
It goes to show that you can make people care.
Never again!!!
