Not only was the technician terrible, the customer service is worse. Christy is rude and will hang up on you and you have issues. Sears … btw. that is no way to care for your customers Then lets you know if they need to come back out, they will charge you 85.00. Scam and a rip off. She states that pre-existing spots are not covered… ??? That’s why you are coming? to clean the spots… Would not recommend …

I wish I could give these guys no stars as giving them even one is far more than they deserve. To date I have used Sears three times just this year the latest being this morning and this is the first time I can say I am truly disgusted with the service I received. More than a month ago I had scheduled to have Sears come out this past Saturday, and for the second time this year I received a phone call stating that my appointment would need to be rescheduled, this time several days before my appointment that I had to confirm or would have lost it because the technician knew he would be sick on that Saturday(sure wish I had the ability to know when this was going to happen prior to it actually happening). After expressing my frustration about this being the second occurrence of this within a 9 month period with the customer service representative I was told that I would somehow be compensated for my troubles when the technician arrived today. Not only did I not receive any sort of compensation but the technician wanted to charge me additional for a deep clean that even he admittedly said I didn’t need. It only gets better though, after inspecting my carpets I found that not only had I not received the compensation I was guaranteed but he didn’t bother to even lift up the furniture and clean under it, he simply went around it and sprayed my furniture in the process, not to mention he didn’t bother to cover his DIRTY sneakers even after I mentioned that we do not wear shoes on our carpets. I have never been so disgusted with a contracted company in my life and can say that the business I’ve given them as a loyal customer has now come to an end for them. Shame on you Sears for the lack of professionalism you have showed during this most recent transaction, you have lost not only my carpet cleaning business but I wouldn’t purchase another product from your company if my very life depended on it.
