Store is great besides the deli. The workers in the deli are rude and service is slow.

People shop here because they WANT to. Not because they need to. We spend almost double what we would at Walmart. And for what? To be treated like a complete inconvenience??! No thanks. If you don’t like people, don’t work in a customer service job that requires you to be face to face with customers. Huffing and puffing when someone walks up isn’t ok.
I just heard two managers talk to an elderly woman like she was dumb. Asking over and over if she had even looked for something after she just said she looked everywhere and couldn’t find a specific item.
I think this particular location needs a retraining in customer service.

I like this Safeway very much, the produce even though more expensive but fresh and handled with care. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is kept clean.

This little Safeway store is always a stop when we’re in the Springs. I love walking in to a familiar grocery store. Service is friendly and the store is always clean. Bonus: a USAA ATM machine is inside!

This was my local store, right down the street from our house. On a recent trip back I was pleasantly surprised to see it was remodeled. Looks much better and not as dated as before.
