When looking for rock, mulch, or any landscaping need. You have to stop bye her first. The personnel at the front desk next to the sample were friendly and professional. I also saw that they will take you twigs and certian yard debris for the cost of canned goods. You can’t beat that! There prices are awesome and there delivery guy was friendly and just a good person. Thank you all from the Bridges Family, see you again for the mulch in a couple of days.

We have used Rocky Top and other landscaping resources over the years. We continue to go back to Rocky Top as it is a great value with good service. We’ve bought mulch, dirt and rock from them and had it delivered. We will continue to use them as we trust their product and service

Hmmm, where to get rid of our yard waste(unkind thoughts to those who felt planting Siberian Elms in America was a friggin’ good idea — what a scourge!)??? The El Paso County recycling website said that every Saturday, Rocky Top Resources accepts bush prunings, grass clippings, leaves, plants, sod, weeds, and tree branches of maximum 8″ diameter and/or 8′ length. This service is free with a donation of a non-perishable food item. If you turn left onto E Las Vegas St from Janitell Rd, the dirt entrance into Rocky Top Resources is on the left just before Las Vegas St goes under the bridges. We wrapped up pieces of our trees in a large tarp and somehow stuffed it, along with two 39-gal bags of weeds, inside my Subie Forester. Armed with a can of pineapple slices, we made our way to the southside of town as my car smelled more and more like a tree as the minutes ticked away. The company is a recycling and landscape supplier. I was impressed by all the landscaping products laid out on the large property: sand, roadbase, mulch, compost, decorative rocks, railroad ties, etc. Driving slowly through the entrance, we could see a large stop sign and small grey building off to the left, and a friendly young man was standing there, greeting vehicles. It was hot and dusty, but he didn’t seem bothered as he took our can of pineapple, checked out our haul, and told us where to dump it. 5 stars because I am so glad we have this service! It’s FREE. It’s EASY. And the one employee we encountered set a very good first impression with us because he was NICE. I must mention that my car was the nicest one there. Everyone else was smart and had hauled their loads in beat-up pickups or old trailer. A lady stopped what she was doing and stared at us. «You got all THAT in THERE?» Yep. «What is that, a Subaru?» Yep. «WOW.» Yep.
