This place WILL raise your rent absurdly high when your initial contract expires. Over 20% increase! Profiteering on raising rates in the area. Well their rates went up so yours just skyrocketed! Avoid this place-​bad business practices!
Toni Bs daughter probably had to keep moving in and out cause her rent kept going up.

My daughter has lived at Ridge Point 3 different times and she loved it. The managers/​consultants/​maintenance were always amazing, responding timely and kindly each time. She loved that she built a relationship with Ashley, her leasing consultant. The apartment themselves are so nice, closets are huge and rooms are big. She decorated it so cute and loved how up to date everything was and the location was perfect. We highly recommend this community! As a parent who lives 2 hours away, I loved how responsive the management team was every time I needed them. Knowing she was taken care of is priceless. Thanks Ridge Point from a mother’s heart for making my daughter feel so at home!
