One of the best hamburgers to ever try in Whole Nation!!! I always order the terayaki burger with pineapple… Very good stuff and let’s not forget about there popular shakes. The reason I give it four star is because the service can be average depending how busy it is, But it’s always BUSY! I had to wait for 20 – 25 minutes for just TWO.

Friday night and Red Robin was very busy with the post-movie rush crowd, but we were seated quickly and promptly offered drinks and appetizers. The mozzarella sticks were yummy and arrived very quickly. Hubby loved the bacon cheeseburger, the kids really enjoyed the grilled chicken skewers and pepperoni pizza. But for me, the real standout was the grilled teriyaki chicken sandwich– amazing flavors. Probably the best grilled chicken I’ve had in a long time. Our server, Clayton, was attentive and very sweet. We’ll be back, for sure.

Always a great experience. We often frequent the bar area or get a cocktail table if the bar top is not available. We just love the new renovations and everything looks wonderful! We especially enjoy the touch screen where we can order our appetizers while we wait and pay more quickly at the end of the meal. Way to go Red Robin you are thinking ahead and making Customer Service that much better!

Our last visit was so great, created a level of service I expected again. Unfortunately when it was a busy night I had better service than a slow afternoon. The waitress was AWFUL!!! We won’t be back! Don’t argue with me about your poor service and overcharging me, and tell me you are getting your manager as if to tattle on me. I have been a waitress and never argued with the customer. Sorry Karen you suck!

Didn’t even get to order our food. This particular location has horrible wait times during the weekends. 35 minute wait to get to the table, 20 more minutes until the waiter took our drink orders, and then another 15 until the drinks got there. Heard the people next to us have a messed up order, and being a family of Vegans this was a rather foreboding sign. Waited a little longer and then decided to head to Noodles & Company instead. TLDR: Eat here on the weekdays during non-rush periods, not weekends.

Ohhh Red Robin. We all know what to expect. The burgers are tasty all across the board. Those wide cut, bottomless fries cant be beat. And those sauces! I’m all about those condiments, especially the complimentary ones. Freckled lemonade completes the meal. If you’re craving a nicely crafted burger and all the fries you can stand, this is the place to be. My guy and I have been here during weekday steady lunch times and have braved those crazy Saturday night crowds of adults and many, many children. As you can imagine, the difference in service is like night and day. Go during a slow time — excellent service! Your drinks will stay full and the fries keep coming! But at night be prepared to drink your beverage sparingly, don’t expect more than one serving of fries unless you’re trying to spend a couple hours here and if you think you’re close to eating just because you finally got to your table after your 20 minute wait, think again my friend. We’ve been here quite a few times and this scenario wasn’t a one time occurrence. Its tough of the weekends, we all know that and I’m sure the staff is trying their best. Better to get your RR fix during the week!

Went here after signing up for their rewards program and supposedly receiving a free birthday burger. As it turns out the free burgers only apply to specific menu items, but they don’t tell you this even if you tell them when ordering that you are using a rewards number. They refused to even reduce the price of the item I ordered by the amount of a qualifying menu item. Not only was the burger not free, the wait before being seated was long, the wait after ordering was just as long, and the food was only average. I could have gone any number of places for the same price as my «free» meal and I’m sure I would have at least gotten better service. If you do eat here don’t waste your time on the rewards program, it is a joke!

Banzai is great! I’ve been going to RR at its various locations for decades. I usually avoided the Powers shop because they seemed to have problems getting great help. But we did get there because it was midway for all concerned. They have solved the help problem. The service and food was excellent. They did a good job dealing with some special dietary issues of guests. They were very welcoming, and seated us before the entire party gathered, and brought fries out immediately while we waited for the rest of our party. We ordered stuff from all over the menu and I think everyone was pleased. Although we didn’t have shakes this trip, RR makes them by hand and they are excellent. They leave the mixing can at the table so you get a lot, or alternately they will split a shake to share into two glasses.

I wouldn’t know. Nobody ever came to my table after 5 minutes. The restaurant is dirty and I will never go back.
