Jim and everyone at Quality are wonderful. My car broke down a couple different times, and Quality Care was super understanding and patient with me being frustrated at my life. They keep me updated with everything I need to know, and are just awesome with their work. I’m not going anywhere else.

They’re honest, reasonably priced, and do great work. One of the things I like most about the shop/​Jim is that I felt safe there, and Jim didn’t talk down to me and took the time to explain whenever I had questions. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here should you find yourself in the market for a mechanic.

I’ve been taking my car’s to Jim and his crew since before he bought out the shop. I have always been very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the job he has delivered. Recently an issue cropped up that really was not his or his shops responsibility, but Jim took it upon himself to «make things right». Above all, his honesty and integrity have impressed me the most. I’ll continue to bring my car’s into Jim’s shop for any service I may need.
