Primrose School of Springs Ranch

I was super happy when I took a tour of this place and had really high hopes. They told me that I would get weekly reports of what they would be doing in class and what signs they would be working on, but in reality I only got one newsletter during the 5 weeks that my son was here. After only a week of my son going here he got a bad case of RSV, I got phone calls almost every other day of a report that my son hit his head hard enough for them to want me to be aware (although I am thankful they took the time to call me I started to feel like they weren’t really watching him) My son would be crying almost every time my husband picked him up and we would always see a kid with snot running down their nose. I was told that the falling and getting colds was just a part of having your child in daycare and I believed what they told me but since i moved my son to a different place I have not experienced any colds or hard falls. I really wanted to believe in this place but was left very disapointed
After speaking with other parents I think that this place could be great for older children but I would not recommend having a baby here.
