I love this place! Walking welcome, you can get an appointment quickly and they hardly ever make you wait more than a couple of minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have my mammograms there, plus an MRI, and the experience was positive.

I got a referral here for an xray on my foot so no appointment was needed which was nice. I was still afraid of waiting a long time but to my surprise I waited less than five minutes after filling out paperwork. Then only waited about a minute for an X-ray room. The tech was really sweet and tried to make me as comfortable as possible despite having a broken bone and pretty much any position was some degree of uncomfortable. It was quick and we got right out of there. They said our results will be in by tomorrow so I won’t have to wait long for results like other places. Overall, clean, quiet, and friendly.

The wait was quite long, but that is typical for medical services and not unexpected. The magazines were lousy. Sports Illustrated, some golf magazine, Time and a very old Fortune was the complete selection. I prefer medical offices that have unusual choices. Outside, Popular Mechanics, Real Simple, Car and Driver, Road and Track and other magazines that do not have a wide circulation. The TV was placed near the reception desk, and because it added noise to the check-in environment, had a a note not to change the station or the volume. The captions were turned on, but with such a small screen, glare and high placement, the words were very hard to read. TV should be replaced with a larger flat screen and moved to an area where the volume would not interfere with check in. And it should also be placed closer to a seated eye level, not at ceiling level. The changing rooms were plentiful and clean. At least in my case, it was directly across from the treatment room. The tech was cordial, appropriately dressed and appeared to be competent. I haven’t spoken to my doctor yet to see if the images were what they needed to be. I was getting a simple chest x-ray, so no appointment was necessary. I believe appointments are desired for more complex imaging.
