Very professional, courteous and thorough. Highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspection in the Colorado Springs area. When it came time to pick up the radon equipment we were dealing with an uncooperative listing agent and Peak went out of their way to get everything handled so that I did not have to drive down from Denver to let them in. Will absolutely use them again in the future should I purchase another home in the area.

Dylan was extremely thorough in his inspection but also during his explanation of its that needed attention. His report has many helpful photos and classifies items as needing immediate attention to items that could require action within 5 years. The report also included helpful maintenance info for the home. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Dylan, it was worth it to wait a couple of days to get on his schedule :) also his pricing is competitive!

Peak Home has done 8 – 10 inspections for me. As a Realtor and Investor I have seen a lot of houses and a lot of inspections. Peak Home is by far the best. The level of detail in the inspection and report are outstanding. Dylan’s wealth of knowledge from roofing, boilers, furnaces, framing, foundation, you name it is unmatched. The reports are easy to understand and highlight the various severity of issues. I have even had previous inspection reports in my hand and compared them to Peak’s inspection of the same property. Peak found numerous significant items that the other inspector did not find. Peak is always very timely, easy to work with and schedule with I absolutely would give Peak the highest recommendation.

Excellent report and service. I’ve used home inspections in the past, but none could match not only the comprehensive inspection and report, which had lots if detailed pictures, but also the ability to deliver the report quickly, which we received right after the inspection via email.

Dylan was great. He was scheduled to arrive at the house at 9:00 and when i arrived at 8:45 he was already inspecting the outside of the home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. When he found something he explained what it was and what it meant or could mean. He was friendly and easy to be around too which is always a plus in situations like these. He spent almost 4 hours looking at everything. He had the report to me by the end of the day and it included tips on maintaining the property as well as how to shut things off in case of an emergency, complete with pictures! I thought that he charged a fair price that was more reasonable than other quotes I received from larger companies. Couldn’t be happier.

Dylan was recommended to us by our mortgage broker. We are buying our first house, a nerve-​wracking process that requires putting your trust in people you don’t know. Dylan was great — very thorough and patiently answered all our questions. When we later decided to have the pipes scoped, he kindly provided us with recommendations for three different plumbing companies. He was previously a carpenter and was able to give us great advice on what needed to be fixed, or how we could upgrade things. Very reasonably priced. Great experience, highly recommend.

Peak Inspections owned by Dylan is who we had do our house inspection. He showed up a little early and got a lot done before we even got there! He was very efficient, the inspection lasted almost 3 hours which is to be expected, and he was able to teach my husband some things about our new home that will prove to be very useful! He seemed incredibly knowledgeable and we got a lot of good advice from him. They were also VERY reasonably priced compared to some others. Could not have had a better experience! We had our report a few hours later delivered to both our emails.
