Food was adequate but I wouldn’t say it’s the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. The problem I encountered was getting charged for an appetizer when I thought the server said she was going to give two of us a half portion instead of up charging our side substitute. We were charged for the appetizer and up-​charged for the side. Anytime mistakes are made (when I was a server) I took the blame for the miscommunication and comped (gave free) or offered a discount… The server did neither and for that reason I won’t be returning.

Ordered delivery twice now. Love the food, especially dessert! Can’t wait to get there for real. Came back and changed to 5 star. The meatloaf sandwich is just awesome!

The food here is so good, you have to go more than once! They have a great selection of wing flavors, really full salads, delicious sandwiches, and probably the best corned beef hash in town! Not to mention all the incredible desserts! You can’t get cheesecake like Nancy’s anywhere else.
Their daily specials are wonderful, and it’s a great atmosphere to come in and hang out to watch the game. It’s one of our go-​to places any time of day. They make great breakfast, and anything else is good for lunch or dinner!
Anyone who visits me from out of town gets a trip to this place! It’s a must have.

Just went here last night and loved it. The food is excellent and has good variety and the customer service is spot on. Although seeming like a local joint at first impressions, It was very welcoming to outsiders. We are thinking of coming back every week!

The food is always good here but what really makes a difference to me is the service. Everyone who me and my husband have dealt with have been great. I’ve never had an issue with delivery time because it has clearly stated estimated times on the website when you are ordering takeout. The food is always hot when delivered and I live roughly 15 minutes away and the delivery drivers are always nice.

Good food and drinks!!! Johanna and the staff were the best! If you can’t find anything to eat after 9pm while visiting Colorado Springs you will not go wrong with coming to this establishment. Be sure to have a Johanna specialty drink!

What a nice little gem hidden in a neighborhood of Co. Spgs. The food was fresh and real tasty for a bar. The salad was fresh and crisp, the half order of nachos was enough to choke a horse and the smothered burrito was great. It was worth the winding around streets to find it.

I ordered online and the minimum charge is $ 25. Which seems a bit much when the delivery charge is already $ 5 but then became $ 6 after I entered my address… which is only 10 minutes away. I’ve been calling for over 20 minutes trying to get an ETA for our food and the phone is constantly busy. Off the hook? It’s been over 35 minutes since I’ve ordered. One star because nothing has gone correctly so far. If I get the food, I’ll update my review, promptly.
Update: Got a call from the drive got the food around 9:40. Almost 50 minutes after ordering. I had included tip in the online order but it didn’t show up on the invoice when the driver arrived. The online system is a bit buggy and some information remains while some doesn’t when you update your order. I ended up tipping more in cash because the driver didn’t have enough change as I wasn’t prepared to give a cash tip. The owner called shortly after we got our food to see if it had arrived, which was good. Frustrating that the driver and her could reach me but I couldn’t contact them. I got the Green Chili Slopper, my friend got the Patty Melt, and we shared a cheesecake. All of which were okay. Which is why the review is upgraded to two stars.
Being able to call OTB and talk to someone could have made all the difference in this review and another chance at eating here. I will not be ordering from here again.

Based on the reviews, we thought it would be better. I would give it three and a half stars if I could. The waitresses /​bartenders were great though it seems they had more than they can handle or we’re understaffed. It was uncomfortably cold and I asked about the air because it was venting right on us.
We started with a half order of nachos which came out fairly quickly. Typical bar not shows in my opinion nothing fantastic to write home about… But that’s about where the great service and mediocre food ended… It took at least 25 minutes together on trees and when they came they were lukewarm at best. So it seemed like they had been sitting around and no one got to running them out to us. My husband had the mushroom bacon burger which he said the bacon was not fresh, kind of rubbery and his gas is the mushrooms were trashed either, probably can. I got the French Dip sandwich without bread and the meat was terribly dried out and the cheese was rubbery. Both of our fries were barely warm, not hot and fresh.
The one thing we did enjoy and didn’t mind at all was the karaōke. The DJ knew what he was doing and the volume was perfectly appropriate.
We stayed to play pool which we gave up after a while because based on the position of the table, we couldn’t make half our shots in fear of hitting one of the biker gang members in the head or the family taking up a rather large back table.
It was rather overpriced for the mediocre quality food and we would return again to hang out and play pool but as for food we will pass.

Food was great now the third time we have had delivery from here, always hot and fresh !!!
This time we had an error on an item we ordered… We had asked for two items not to be put on a dish… They were there. However the way it was handled when I called was great. Bob offered a fresh batch to be sent out immediately, however as it was the appetizer we chose to take a credit for next time ! Thank you and can’t wait for the next time !!!
If you want good food, delivered to your door… Then this is the place ! Western burger was fantastic !!!
Open fairly late for food and with my schedule that was a huge plus !

Hubby and I are temporarily living in the 80 917 area. We drove past this place, saw a full parking lot, and immediately looked at Unilocal.After seeing a lot of positive reviews, we stopped by a few days later. We were quickly attended to after sitting down, and the food was excellent. I had a patty melt, cooked rare like I like. For me, if the establishment won’t cook their hamburger rare, then they don’t trust their meat quality, and neither should I! My hubby had the Slopper, and the homemade green chili is perfect. The only downside on our initial visit was that our Long Island Iced teas were weak.
Because the food was so good, hubby and I stopped in on a Thursday night for drinks and dessert. Johanna was our bartender, and she knows how to make drinks taste good. She made me one of the best dirty gin martinis I’ve had in years. The Salted Carmel Pretzel cheesecake sent me to heaven.
We’ve only lived in this zip code for about four weeks, and we’ve made OTB our favorite place for quick food, good drinks, and great service. They do daily dinner specials M-​F. I’m in love with Friday Steak Night. Hand-​cut steaks, fresh veggies and salads, and a down-​home baked potato makes the special better than some of the steakhouses around town.
The bar hosts a pool league and a darts league. There is still plenty of room to sit and enjoy one’s self. During these times, the bar is loud. If you want a quiet dinner where you gaze longingly into your partner’s eyes, this isn’t the place. I don’t mind the atmosphere, and all the other bar patrons seem to get along without fussing and fighting.
OTB might be one of the reasons why the hubby and I stay in this zip code!

Great food, delivered HOT and fresh to my hotel. Great choice

This place is a cozy bar type setting with tasty food. The fish and chips are good. It’s pretty noisy, so not for a quiet dinner.

4 stars because this place is so clean and the food is pretty good for bar food. The service is give or take depending on the day and your server. I was there on a football Sunday and waited forever just to get initial service and it wasn’t that busy.

Pleasantly surprised. After some Unilocal searching for a place to have a casual business lunch, I found On the Boulevard. Service was fast and friendly. Food was good as was the presentation. I had to try the Elephant Ear because of the positive reviews by so many others. It was delicious. Homemade potato salad and a pint of Laughing Lab made for a great lunch. I will be returning to explore the menu further.

This place is always my go to especially when I moved to the springs. Home feel, good people, plenty of beer on tap, the food is amaZing. Not into the big bar hype so it works perfectly!

We just moved in the neighborhood and are walking distance to this great place. I think I have now had almost everything on the menu and all is great. My husband, an Iowa native, is in love with their pork tenderloin (elephant ear) sandwich… He wants to come here 2 – 3 times a week and have one! Their corned beef hash and Irish bread for breakfast is a must have, too. Always great service!

Fun little neighborhood bar. Not too expensive. Fun crowd. The food is not too shabby for a bar either. The parking lot is always packed.

I really love this place. For a neighborhood sports bar it’s about as good as it gets. Clean (even the bathrooms), ample seating around a long u-​shaped bar, darts and pool tables and just about every sports package known to man. Or woman. Or maybe just this woman, but now we’re splitting hairs.
Run by a husband and wife duo (he bartends, she oversees the cooking staff) the selection of beer on tap is solid and the menu is full of grub options of the bar sort — the tacos are plentiful, the clam chowder is homemade, and there’s always the seemingly trendy (is it just a Colorado thing? Anyone? Bueller?) open-​faced «Slopper» burger wading in a pool of it’s own green chile sauce if you can’t find anything else to tantalize your tastebuds.
We’ve never been in while it’s packed, but the vibe has always been laid back and friendly. Like Cheers minus the wood paneling and grumpy barmaid. Erm, waitress. No wait.“server.“
Anywhoo. Check these guys out next time you want to see that game that’s playing but it’s not on the local networks. And have a «Slopper,» now that you’re in the culinary-​trends-​of-​Colorado-​Springs know. You may thank me later.
