I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my girl friend who is a cigar smoker, but didnt know for sure her favorite retailer. I called on a whim and the gentleman replied that he did know her and we put something together in time for her birthday. I am not a smoker but I do like to reward retailers who provide such great personal service.

The selection is a little limited and prices are a bit up there, but those are the only weaknesses to this place.
I loved the environment. I am a college professor, and this place was great to work at. Comfortable environment to work in and the clientele are really nice. Overall this place is worth going to.

Went during late afternoon and the place was dead. However, service was exceptional and knowledgeable on cigar preferences. Nice laid-​back atmosphere and I would definitely by cigars here again. Colorado has a higher tax on cigars versus other states such as Texas. Paid about $ 3.00 more on a $ 10.00 cigar. FYI.

Great place! It’s a smokers paradise. Nice folks. Take a couple of hours to relax and enjoy a fine cigar.

Great little place. The staff were friendly and helpful. They do carry pipes and pipe tobacco as well as cigars. They have a decent selection of pipe tobacco blends of which I bought the black bear. It’s pretty good. The lounge area is a bit small, only two couches, a few lounge chairs, two bar height tables w/​4 chairs a piece and another table with 4 chairs. It’s a little cramped but still a nice relaxing environment. I would recommend this place if you’re in the area and are looking for a place to enjoy a smoke.

I love this place. This is what hometown customer service should be. Always friendly helpful service and great selection. Mike does an amazing job of making you feel like a long time friend and is very welcoming to your shop.
Atmosphere is great and the guys just hanging there are pretty friendly. Also, Mike’s special events are fun and filled with good food.
Great place to shop for gifts or get you latest cigar or pipe smoking fix.

Great shop, owned by a friendly and knowledgeable local family. There’re always willing to help without being overbearing.
The store is now being passed on to second generation. Store is normally managed by the son who grew up in the business. They carry a lot boutique brands that are not available at other stores. The also have great selection of most popular brands. The family attends trade shows and always has something new to try.
Large area to hang out now that they expanded to the store next door as well. The also have separate home brew business next door. The seating area has leather couches, leather chairs, and card tables in a large area with water fountain. There’s large glass windows facing the street and several overhead fans. Very open, bright and well ventilated.
There’s normally a good group of local people hanging out from a variety of backgrounds. You can sit and chill, use the free wifi to catch up on email, or get into an interesting conversation.
The humidor is a full size walk-​in humidor. It’s always maintained and the cigars are always fresh. I’ve never got a bad cigar here.
Highly recommend this shop. Wether I’m just grabbing a cigar on the run or have an hour to kill downtown and want a nice place to enjoy a good cigar.

Got a chance to meet Gary the owner. He was a great guy and welcoming to his shop. Had the chance to relax on a cozy couch and converse with friends.

I cannot speak for the cigar selection, only of the location and friendly service. I ran across the Old West on my way to a customer in CO Springs. Since I was preparing to have a cigar party in a few days, I stopped in to see if I could find an appropriate ash tray that would allow for enormous cigar ash from all directions. Check! I am now the proud owner of a very nice, large, cigar ash tray with four cigar shaped holders JUST like they have at the tables in the store. Proper.

Nice new lounge. It is next door to the old location. Much improved as before just had a couple chairs to sit and smoke in. Much nicer.
