I called Mr. Rooter with a panicky last-​minute, late-​night emergency water leak, and within the hour B.J. had arrived to solve the issue (much to my relief!). Major thank you to the woman who answered the phone and was kind enough to send a technician without delay. He was extremely courteous, thorough, and generous, frankly going above and beyond what he had to and charging a very reasonable rate. I’m a brand new homeowner and am so grateful that Mr. Rooter was able to alleviate my ensuing panic about this issue and with such courtesy and generosity. Thank you, Mr. Rooter — you have my service from now on.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is AWESOME!!! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Larry at Mr. Rooter. He has helped me install a sump pump at a rental and assisted with a clogged drains. Not only is Larry wonderful and efficient, the office staff at Mr. Rooter is SO ENJOYABLE to speak with each time I call to schedule an appointment. I *WISH* all my contractors were this easy and wonderful!

Can’t say enough good things about Mr. Rooter, and in particular, Shane. We have had several plumbing issues as well as a sink install over the past couple of years, and Mr. Rooter has always been able to help us out and has always charged a very reasonable price. We really appreciate the fact that once you have a plumber out, he becomes «your» plumber and is almost always assigned to do your work. It’s almost never a good thing when you need a plumber, but Mr. Rooter makes the experience as efficient and stress free as possible.

We are in the process of selling a home we once lived in. The prospective buyers wanted to know for sure that the sewer pipes out to the Colorado Springs City pipes are clean and not clogged with roots. I called Mr. Rooter at around 10:00 AM, and the nice person on the phone told me she could have someone out between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. At 1:10 PM, my phone rang, and I was told they were on the way. Ten minutes later, Doug arrived from Mr. Rooter. He looked down our sewer with his video camera, and he confirmed there were roots blocking parts of the sewer pipe. It wasn’t a complete clog, but there was definitely some serious root clogging in there. Once we determined the pipe needed a Jet Hydro-​Wash, Doug called another Mr. Rooter employee (R.J.) who arrived with the Jet Wash Trailer. The combination of washing and monitoring with the video camera ensured the pipes were squeaky clean. The job was done perfectly, and the system is clean all the way from the home out to the city system. Doug and RJ. were extremely professional, and the cleaning is guaranteed to be free of roots for one year. Now that Mr. Rooter has given the home a clean bill of health, the prospective buyers can be assured they won’t have any sewer issues. I was so impressed with the service that when I finally sell this home and get my finances squared away, I plan on having Mr. Rooter come to my new home, install external sewer clean-​outs, and perform this same Jet Wash service. If you need your sewer drain pipes checked and/​or cleaned out, these are the folks to call!!!

I haven’t used many plumbers in my life so I can’t in all honesty give them a 5 star (as I have nothing to compare it to) but I was really impressed with the professionalism of «Mark» who showed up this morning after a call last night to install a sink and toilet for me. (Being INSANELY unhandy as I am)
The cost seemed a bit high, but I didn’t think much of it as getting a plumber «last minute» generally isn’t easy or cheap.
The work done was excellent and I don’t feel like I’ve been ripped off or anything. The phone staff was all very polite and helpful. Even at 7 and 9 pm when I called about this morning.
I’d recommend them for promptness, professionalism and, what seemed to me, a pretty decent job doing what needed doing.
