I am extremely pleased with this store’s service. Having worked in retail as a store manager before, I know all too well that the reviews for chain stores like this are usually only posted when something goes wrong. My fiancé needed a dinner jacket on short notice. He found one but unfortunately the right size was at a store 30 miles away. Understanding the time crunch, they offered to get the jacket and then delivered it to our hotel with no extra cost. Bearing in mind, there is no expectation that delivery be made. They were all friendly, responsive, and obviously went above and beyond. We visit the area often, and we will definitely return to this location.

I received my tux and everything was the wrong size. I do not know what was the point of me going over to get fitted when everything turned out wrong.

rude employees, nobody seems to be working in that place, suits not ready the day you are supposed to pick them up, so they tell you to come back in a couple of hours, and suits still not ready… don’t waste your time.
