My aunt and uncle and I came down to Colorado Springs for a party with family and we wanted to stay the night and not have I worry about driving home. When I opened my door to my room, I was surprised. The room was clean an it had a kitchen and a couch. I wasn’t excepting the room to look so nice. They have a hot breakfast downstairs in the lobby and I was happy to see eggs and bacon at this breakfast. This was my first time staying here and it was great. The room was clean and the breakfast was yummy. I would definitely tell people to stay here.

Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was awful, eggs were watery, biscuits were dry & tasteless. No ice machine, fridge in room makes ice but if you want ice now your not going to get it. I’ve stayed at several MCM Elegante locations including Dallas, Lubbock & Abilene and all were better & cheaper then this one. For $ 116 + tax, which is more then $ 30 over what I’ve paid at the Dallas location, I expect an edible breakfast & an ice machine. FYI, this is an extended stay hotel and they do not offer daily room cleaning, we chose to only stay one night then moved to another hotel in town.

Holy freaking bed bugs batman. My girlfriend us staying here while she trains for her new job and she’s covered in bites. She stayed up all night to catch some for proof. Her room was grossly infested.

This place was my favorite on my trip across the country. It is by far the best deal for your money. Since it’s an extended stay you get a lot more than your usual hotel. Large fridge, sink, stove, microwave, dishwasher… more, and everything you need to enjoy these features. With my experience traveling, that’s a pretty good deal. I have nothing to complain about. The location was fine, «seedy» apartments? Naw, unless you’re from Orange County, you cant really say that. This is a nice area and a hookah bar isn’t going to hurt you in any way, believe me. And in doubt, The Ten Commandment sign will save us. I’m just kidding. It’s a great location, there’s plenty of places to go, and eat. The garden of the gods is about 15 minutes away. Rodeo hall of fame maybe about the same. The people were nice. I will only say that the breakfast is like a normal hotel breakfast. More than usual, but nothing special like homemade things. But you cant ask for too much with the pricing here.

This hotel is very poorly ran with rooms that smell and no pool. They tell you to drive over a mile to the YMCA? The breakfast is under cooked eggs and everything pork no fruit or yogurt. Really they eggs look like soup. Lets talk about the fact the place has a lot of rooms and no sitting area. Not even for breakfeastI tried to speak with manager and they talk down to you. They state in ads close to attractions but they are actually not close to anything. The rooms look like 1990’s and the kitchen looks like something from you grandparent’s fifth wheel

MCM Elegante hotel in Colorado Springs is horrible! I made a reservation for my son because he is moving and needed a place to stay for a few days in between move. I made reservation on EXPEDIA for this hotel. At midnight, I get a call that the clerk, Thomas at MCM wont let my son have the room because he said his name is not on the reservation. I gave him all the info to make sure he would give the room to my son. He was rude and refused. I called EXPEDIA and talked to Oswald who was as bad as Thomas and he finally put the correct name on the reservation so my son could have the room. Thomas at MCM Elegante finally gave him the room but threatened my son verbally and said he would throw my son out because I complained about his attitude and the fact he would not let him have what I proved was due to him. I paid for this room but had to pull teeth to get it. DON’T STAYHEREANDDON’T USEEXPEDIA!

This is a great hotel if you have kids with you. They cater to large groups like sports teams and events. The pool and hot tub was wall to wall kids and the hallways are noise with running kid feet. I do not recommend if you want a quite hotel and you want an adult pool and hot tub. They do have a good restaurant, bar and snack(candy) shop.

We stayed here for our Regional High School Wrestling tournament. What a cool concept that I have never stayed in before. Our room was very clean, extremely well stocked with more than the essentials. I didn’t take a chance to visit the gym but it had great equipment. The breakfast buffet had great options and the gravy for the biscuits was quite good. On our floor someone had food in a crockpot and smelled really yummy making me wish I had brought mine that trip. Will definitely stay here again for any of our Colorado Springs events.

We are building a home and have been staying here for 3 months. That is a LONG time in a hotel room with two large dogs. This has been a great experience. I read the other reviews and must say they have corrected all issues with housekeeping as they have been great. They do a fantastic job cleaning and they even check to see if I want cleaning more often than I requested. The breakfast is great and staff is friendly. The maintenance person has handled requests in a professional manner and has gone over and above for a couple of minor issues. The place is clean, the suites are roomy, free wi fi– free laundry, and a great price. I got mine from Craigslist, but you might find a better deal elsewhere. This is a pet friendly place. The only downside is from other patrons, not staff. There are other pet owners who feel that cleaning up their dog poo must be someone else’s job. Annoying!

Positives: Most of the staff is very friendly. Often you may find people at the front desk if you need something. There is a small working kitchenette with clean dishes for you. The bed is comfortable and shower is wonderful! There is a working laundry facility and work out place. There are shops nearby and conversations in the hallways cannot be overheard. The breakfast is fresh and coffee wonderful! Scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon, mini lemon poppy muffin and banana nut muffins, bagels and toast, orange juice and a fresh banana are given. The TV is a decent size and HBO is free. AT&T cellphone service works well too. Negatives: 1. Shared parking lot with a Hookah Bar where drinking and other activity occur in the parking lot at night. One young man was tripping in the parking lot and running around full speed at my approaching vehicle as i was pulling in at 10 pm on a Saturday night. During the day, all is fine. 2, Housekeeping! I requested daily attendance and that did not occur. Once it was done slovenly with NAPPYHAIRS found in my toothbrush as well :(. i did not mention this to them except after I checked out as i did not want any retaliation on food stuff in the fridge. the only thing i did was ask the manager if my room was skipped as the maids left my floor without my room being done. If you go here, just go to front desk to ask for your linens and towels. 3. Phones. I had no phone service and their service to allow for calls to be made was down. i kept hearing they were going to fix it… never happened on my watch nor was an offer for the hotel phones given for me to use. The young lady Mah Rette who I would check in about it actually refunded me a night stay without me asking for anything for it. I was truly impressed. 4. Footsteps and bangs may be heard in overhead room In Brief: Overall for the good price I got from and the way the young lady cared enough to give me a free night bc i had no phone and even buzzed the outside door open as i left… just showed she cared about the patrons. Avoid housekeeping like the plague bc I just inquired after it and no complaints to get pubes in my toothbrush? really? trashcans not relined and babypowder still on floor next to tub… shoddy and gross. If it were not for the disgusting treatment from them, I would give them 5 stars. If I got a great deal, I would use them but never get service from housekeeping. If I had kids, I would not have them around the parking lot at night.

While frantically searching for a place to stay while visiting my Dad after heart surgery, I found MCM Elegante in Colorado Springs. The location is why I booked it, but my experience is why I’ll return. The free breakfast included eggs, cereal, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, strawberries, grapes, apples, bananas, Starbucks coffee, juice, muffins, bagels… A lot! So this saves us money and time. There is a Whole Foods near by, so we stocked our full size fridge with healthy snacks. The weather outside was below freezing, and the room was always comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were clean, the dishes in kitchenette were clean. They even have Rubbermaid ‘leftover’ containers. Free WiFi(enter login code every day) allowed me to sync my iPhone and iPad pictures. Customer service was polite, accommodating, and non intrusive. If I needed something, they were there, but they were not a bother. When I return to Colorado Springs with my family, I will stay here again. Erindale Park is behind the hotel and there is easy access to the main drag, North Academy, for any shopping needs.

Just checked in a couple of hours ago. So far it seems nice.
