FOOD POISONING! We picked up our breakfast at the drive thru, my wife had the pancake breakfast platter and shared some with my daughter. Sure enough an hour were throwing our guts out and had to go to the emergency room. the only people that should go here is the health department to shut this place down

Horrible service. They can never get your order right and I was left for over 20 minutes outside the drive thru waiting for the rest of my order. I had to call to remind them I was waiting. I waited an additional 5 minutes and the manager brought out my food with the excuse that she was in the back doing her stuff. Are you kiddng me? It’s dinner time. Maybe if you actually managed your employees would get our food order right and be polite to us. We’re only customers

One word. Ghetto. At the drive through and the lady couldn’t hear our order and got additudinal with us because her co workers wouldn’t shut the hell up. Then when we pull up to pay, shes constantly goofing around like an idiot. Worthless baboons cant even put the bbq sauce in without asking twice. Avoid unless you like being frustrated

Worst McDonalds in the history of ever! They have never ever gotten my order right and have received stale food on several occasions. Also, make sure they fill your fry box because sometimes they only fill it half way.

This was the worst possible costumer service I could have ever received ANYWHERE. First we went through the drive thru & the person could not understand what we were asking for (although it was repeated at least 10 times) so we went inside & got treated like a joke. The shift manager laughed at us when we walked in. Then my sister actually ordered a small mocha frappé, the cashier took 5 mins to complete the order just to find out she was charged for it but the machine was broken. When she asked for her money back, the hesitated and continued to laugh. The whole experience was utterly ridiculous!

Be careful not to leave any valuables on a table people will try to steal them especially during lunch hours gets frequent high schoolers. But overall good service

Left my rental car keys on the tray and dumped them in the trash. Told the manager and she dug through the garbage with a smile. That’s service and worth an extra star.

The drive thru lines take FOREVER– you’ll have better luck making the burgers yourself at home. At least the order will be right– and fresh.
Depending on what time you go, their milkshake machine may be off or ‘down’…

This McDonalds consistently gets my order wrong at the drive thru. Also, I don’t know what they do wrong, but their Coca Cola always tastes weird.

Why was I not surprised they messed up another one of my orders after coming back here again for another quite bite to eat, after a night of partying downtown. This time they got my drinks wrong. I had ordered 2 sweet teas for my friends, and they gave us regular teas. If you pull up to the drive thru, make sure you check your order thorough before you pull off.

It’s McDonalds. It will never receive more than 2 stars because… it’s McDonalds and I can’t in good conscience give it better.
HOWEVER.
I am impressed with the calorie count on the menus (even drive through), I applaud McD’s efforts to keep people informed (and, not incidentally, choosing oatmeal over an Egg McMuffin in my case). This location’s staff is friendly and the play place seems cleaner than most.
