Great thorough cleaning… great job by Ashleigh, Andrea, and Grace! Extremely detailed and even nooks and crannies, windowsills, etc. were detailed. Highly recommended!

We paid for them to clean for three hours. They only got the kitchen and bathroom done. I expected a little more for that amount of time and for the price we had to pay. It was pretty clean though.

I have a rental property recently vacated by a not so tidy tenant with two csts. I hired Maid to Shine for detail clean. And detail they did! The home looks and smells fresh and cleaner than i have ever seen it. From top to bottom, corner to corner. Thank you Made to Shine! You made my life easier!

STOP!!! Look no further! I am a single Father of a 14 year old boy, a Master Sergeant in the United States Army and I attend Culinary School full time. I used to be very diligent about house work, but since culinary school, I am lucky if I can find time to keep my kitchen and toilets clean (remember 14 year old boy). So I decided to see about getting help (don’t tell my Mother). I tried two other agencies and I was so frustrated with how horrible of a job they did and I pretty much gave up trying to find one. Then I saw an advertisement for Maid to Shine (which when I signed in to write this review, noticed they had a dang coupon, dang it…). So I gave it another shot.
THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME! They cleaned my bathrooms better than I have ever been able to do (again, don’t tell my Mother). I could write a doctrinal dissertation on what a great job they did in my house, but who wants to read all that. Just know I tried to «white glove» my house to find any notable deficiency and there was none.
The only negative thing I can say about this team is that they were late for their original date and I had a meeting to attend. A member of their staff, Gayle Thompson, was so apologetic and remorseful for this, she expressed that if needed, she would personally come down and clean my house the next day to ensure it was done. This commitment made this issue a non-​sequitur. They earned my on-​going patronage.

Maid to Shine has exceptional customer service. They handle any issues with grace and concern, and really do care about you having an outstanding experience. They have all the right equipment and products and are very thorough.

Excellent! I have a small apartment, but it seems there was never time to clean — raising two teenage daughters, a new full-​time job with many responsibilities, and keeping up with the daily «grind» led to a mess that was completely overwhelming. The team from Maid to Shine came in, and did a job that was amazing! I could not believe how clean our little place looked!
I totally recommend Maid to Shine, and can’t wait to save a few extra dollars to have them come back! They are worth their weight in gold, and it is such a wonderful feeling to come home after a long day, and be able to relax!

I had them clean for three hours in my house. They managed to clean the living room and kitchen in that time. Now I thought they would get more done in three hours, but the places they cleaned were indeed clean. Recommended even though the price is a bit high.

The Maid To Shine cleaning team is awesome. I was tired of cleaning most weekends and still not hitting the nooks and crannies, all the while trying to juggle a full time job, stay physically active, travel, and have a social life. Not sure how people with kids do it, but I take my hat off to you parents!
Anyway, MTS gave me a free estimate over the phone, and based on their reviews elsewhere and current BBB rating, I made an appointment. Since I’ve never had a professional cleaning done, I asked them to give me the Deluxe Clean. A team of 4 led by Crista showed up slightly earlier than promised, and they got right to work. I mostly stayed out of the way and even left the house for awhile to run errands.
I LOVE the results. My blinds, baseboards, doorknobs, showers, ceiling fans, lamps, picture frames, window sills, even plants got a brightening treatment. Dust magnets, like my black electronics and stands and fireplace mantle, are all sleek. My wood floors and tile are wiped down. Tabletops, dining chairs, cabinets, shelving, light fixtures, even. My sofas are vacuumed (they use your vacuum so they’re not tracking in dirt and dust from other clients’ homes). All they asked me to do beforehand was pick up — they took care of the details except for the windows, interior of the stove and fridge.
Price is a little steep, but they know what they’re doing. Even better, the house doesn’t smell like chemicals afterwards. They team works very well together, so much so it made me wonder if they’re all friends. Overall, 4 of the techs took 3 hours in my little house.
