I am a volunteer fundraiser for a horse rescue in Centennial. Our fundraising group researched several companies that produced good quality, long lasting loafing sheds for rescue horses and Larkspur Buildings fit the criteria perfectly. We ordered five 12′ x 36′ equine sheds. Each shed was delivered when promised. The crews worked in below zero conditions, worked through the weekend never hesitating to get them built on time. The crews were professional and worked diligently. The sites where Larkspur Buildings placed the sheds were less than perfect, having to deal with drainage and sloping issues, still the sheds turned out better than imagined. I can now enjoy those snowy Colorado nights knowing that my rescues have shelter and will stay dry throughout those storms. Thank you Guillermo and Crew,

I ordered a 16×24 shed kit from Larkspur outlet last year. This was a larger shed than they had done before so they had to completely start from scratch on plans. I had special requirements for the floor because of what I wanted to do with the barn and Guillermo worked with us to make sure it would do what we wanted. The kit was delivered free of charge all the way to Ft. Collins which was great and we began construction. The first load did have some things missing but when I called Guillermo about it he rushed the necessary supplies out as soon as he could. If I were gonna do anything different I would have paid the extra money to have them deliver everything framed just for ease of assembly but with the plans that were provided and a few 30 packs of beer and some good friends I now have a sweet barn to store all my toys in and tinker when I want. Thanks for the support Guillermo.

Beware! Paid for everything up front for a great discount. This was a big mistake.
Major trouble getting our pole barn supplies delivered — delivery was repeatedly promised and then another no-​show. We waited at least 3 months for our metal to be delivered.
Heard every excuse in the book, usually it was about ‘a broken truck’.
When we finally received our metal, it was missing pieces. We got fed up dealing with Larkspur Outlet, and started going directly through the dealer.
BTW — the dealer themselves were very good, FLATiRON STEEL — just call them instead.
