I’ve not easily impressed with an establishment bet I’m VERY impressed with Hot Tub Heaven! Jimmijon was my salesperson and he held our hot tub until we closed on our new home! Delivery wasn’t fun because our door was too narrow but after that was remedied they came out AGAIN to help us! He made a THIRD trip to help with set up! This was not a short trip for we live in the northern El Paso county! I would recommend HTH to anyone! They gave us a GREAT price with FABULOUS service! We will be telling EVERYONE about this wonderful experience!!!

I just bought my second hot tub from Hot Tub Heaven. We still have a 19 year old Caldera Hawaiian and now a new Caldera Vanto. From mine and my husband’s families, we have bought a total of 5 hot tubs from this family owned business. Sam, Steve and Damon delivered my new hot tub this past Friday without a hitch, and we had a big hot tub party that night! Our first hot tub from Hot Tub Heaven is 19 years old and still going strong. We loved it so much I called them up to purchase our second one. They are a great, reliable, family-​owned business that been around for a long time. We’ll be back in another 20 years! Thanks Hot Tub Heaven.

I didn’t have a good experience here in trying to price a part for my hot tub. I don’t remember his name, but from the get-​go the older-​sounding fellow (Randy?) who answered the phone made me feel like I was bothering him. I gave him the tub model/​serial number and the part I was looking for, and he said he needed to look into it. He called me back and asked for several tech specs, kind of like he was trying to overwhelm me. I already knew the old and new part #s, but that wasn’t what he was asking and he couldn’t have cared less.
Based on his attitude, I went to Hanson, who within 2 minutes knew exactly what part and gave me a great price on the heater and 2 thermistors.
I don’t recommend Hot Tub Heaven for parts, for sure.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I’ve had a problem they were able to help, to include knowing what I needed just by my description. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in town.
